Oracle Middleware Product Management is pleased to announce that we will be rolling out a PaaS enablement program for Partners starting June 2015. This Invite-Only hands-on workshop will be delivered by Oracle Development at No-Fee to Partners. It consists of presentations, live demo, and hands-on laboratory exercises. Objective is to help Partner consultants learn how to implement Oracle PaaS Cloud Services.
Target Audience
The target audience is Partner consultants & developers who are interested to learn the functionality, setup, configuration and implementation of the Cloud Service:
- Application Developers
- Architects
- Middleware Consultants
- Sales Consultants
- Administrators
What we Will Cover
This enablement program will cover the following Services:
- Java Cloud Service (includes Developer Cloud Service, Messaging Cloud Service, Database Cloud Service)
- Document Cloud Service
- Integration Cloud Service
- Process Cloud Service
- Mobile Cloud Service
- BI Cloud Service
The Services are planned to be delivered via Live Virtual Class format, which will include presentations over the web, access to Cloud Service environments and ability to do relevant lab exercises where possible.
These Services will be delivered over a 2 week period and Partner consultants and developers will have the ability register for individual services depending upon their area of focus.
Prerequisite
Audience is expected to know the following before attending the training
- Domain experience in the respective product area (i.e. for JCS, weblogic knowledge and experience) is required
- Understanding of Oracle Technologies

Training Format
Most workshops will be using Live Virtual Class format:
- Morning session will consist of approximately 3-4 hours of presentation.
- After the main presentation, participants will independently work on laboratory activities. They will also have access to a forum where they will be able to post questions. We are monitoring this forum to ensure that they get prompt assistance as they independently work on laboratory assignment in the afternoon.
We may offer some of the workshop as in-person event at an Oracle location.
System Requirements
This workshop requires attendees to provide their own laptop and must have good connectively to Internet from their location.
