Biography:
Tarek Assali is Director of Software at Oracle - Communications Global Business Unit, responsible for the Policy management portfolio, including the cloud native converged policy solution (5G PCF and 4G PCRF). Prior to the current role, Tarek led software architecture and development teams in building mobile core network products for 5G, LTE and 3G. Tarek has been an active contributor in 3GPP for over 10 years.
