He brings hands-on manufacturing industry experience from over five years building and scaling digital service offerings, connecting machines globally, rolling out digital solutions across regions, and integrating service processes into ERP and customer care operations. Prior to Oracle, he supported Swiss manufacturing customers with end-to-end automation strategies in enterprise sales from UiPath. He combines shopfloor-to-boardroom insight across SCM, manufacturing, digitalization, and AI-driven automation.
