Harry Wordsworth is the Senior Director Business Value Services at Oracle, working across all industries, from the Public Sector to the Commercial Sector. He is a Trustee and Board Member of the National Autistic Society and a Member of the European Customer Experience Organisation. Previously, Harry served as the Chief Customer Officer for UK&I at Oracle and held Senior positions at Experian, AIG, and Fortis Insurance.

Ian Golding is a Certified Customer Experience Professional and Customer Experience Specialist. A certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Ian has spent over twenty years in business improvement, working hard to ensure that the businesses he works for are as customer focused as possible.

In 2012, he became an independent consultant, delivering projects in the automotive, financial services, logistics and utilities industries. Ian has continued to work with a plethora of businesses across several sectors, including the Pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing, education and technology industries.

Ian has published over 300 articles on the subject and delivered keynote speeches globally. Ian also served on the inaugural board of Directors of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), of which he was a founder member. Ian was also the first person in the world to be authorised by the CXPA to teach the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) accreditation.

Daniel Balshaw is a Senior Director, Business Value Services for the UK and Ireland for Oracle. He has over 20 years of experience working in HR and HR Technology. He now works with a range of businesses embarking on their digital HR journeys, sharing his lived experience and personal learnings.

Daniel has experience with HCM vendor selection, implementation, and solution design, all while applying a user-centric design approach.

Prior to joining Oracle, Daniel worked at Sainsbury’s Supermarkets, where he led the HR Solutions Team.

Mine is a marketing and digital leader with a track record of success across various categories in consumer goods and retail, having previously worked at Mondelez, Coca-Cola Company and PMI. Mine has successfully led CX and digital transformations with high bottom-line impact both as a customer and as a technology leader working with Oracle’s strategic customers. She is passionate about building brands by creating memorable experiences and developing in-depth relationships with customers using the power of data and personalisation.
