Kelly Smith is a senior principal product manager at Oracle, focusing on backup and recovery of Oracle Database in the cloud. Kelly has more than 20 years of experience in backup and recovery technologies, including Zero Data Loss Autonomous Recovery Service, Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance, Oracle Recovery Manager, and Oracle Database Backup Cloud Service.

Tim Chien

Tim Chien is Senior Director of Product Management with Oracle’s mission-critical database technologies group, focused on data protection and recovery solutions including Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance, Autonomous Recovery Service, and Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) for on-premises/hybrid/multicloud environments. His more than 25 years of industry experience includes High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Engineered Systems solutions. Tim is passionate about “All Things Backup & Recovery” and has presented at numerous Oracle and industry conferences around the world.
