Bob Kotecha has over 30 years of experience in Finance Transformation and Enterprise Performance Management, specialising in Oracle EPM Cloud with a focus on Financial Consolidation, Planning and Reporting. He has led major EPM programmes for global organisations, combining deep financial expertise with a practical approach to automation, governance and system adoption. Bob currently heads the Oracle EPM Centre of Excellence at Applegreen, where he oversees FCCS and PBCS strategy, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive a more connected, automated and insight-driven close process.

John is Head of Financial Systems for Go-Ahead Group and is responsible for Go-Ahead’s ERP and EPM applications, support function, and management across six countries. He led the team that successfully upgraded the Group’s ERP from EBS to Fusion in 2024. John has a background in accounting and was previously the Financial Controller for one of the Group’s operating companies, Go North East.

Simon Watts leads the Portfolios team at M&G, guiding business change into Technology for all Corporate Functions. Prior to this role, Simon managed the technology platforms supporting Corporate Functions and built the teams that now maintain the systems delivered through the multi-year Ambition Transformation programme. As a senior advisor on the Ambition project, he supported the implementation of Oracle Fusion and EPM Cloud services, helping to modernise M&G’s finance architecture. His input shaped platform consolidation, stakeholder engagement, and the alignment of finance systems with Oracle’s cloud and AI roadmap. Simon brings deep expertise in Oracle and previously Hyperion, with a focus on delivering business value through strategic technology adoption.

Hari Sankar is responsible for the product management of Oracle’s enterprise performance management applications. Mr. Sankar has been in the enterprise software technology and applications space for more than 20 years. In his current role at Oracle, he leads a team responsible for product strategy, definition, delivery, and go-to-market activities of Oracle’s industry-leading enterprise performance management applications.

Rich Wilkie has 25+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management with a focus on the Financial Close. He has experience developing both on-premises and cloud-based solutions for Global 2000 companies helping them achieve a world class connected close. Rich leads a team of product managers at Oracle covering several product areas including Account Reconciliations, Consolidations and Close and Reporting.

2025 marks Andy King’s 29th year working with Oracle EPM/Hyperion products as a client, partner and employee. He has led and delivered 100’s of solutions across many sectors and use cases. Having led partner organisations, practices, internal developments, implementations, delivery teams and pre-sale engagements he is now a Senior Director of Product Management for EPM in the EMEA region. Andy helps manage the entire EPM Planning suite alongside globally leading the Sustainability/ESG reporting and planning solution.

Andreea Vasiliu is a Product Strategy Director for Oracle focusing on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Hyperion. In her current role she is a champion for EPM in EMEA, driving the revenue growth of the EPM cloud services, supporting key deals, marketing programs, sales and partner readiness, while at the same time working with Hyperion on-premises customers. Mrs. Vasiliu holds an Honours Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, Canada, a PhD in software quality and risk management and has worked 30 years in the EPM domain.
