Brad has more than 35 years experience in the Energy industry, with expertise in customer engagement, billing, customer service, customer call center management, electric and gas operations and retail sales in the utilities sector. With 25 years experience working in the software industry to Utilities, Brad leads Oracle Energy and Water Enterprise sales teams in North America, Europe and the Middle East. Previously Brad ran Oracle Energy and Water’s large-scale consulting practices in Europe, the Middle East, the United States and Latin America. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He is married with 4 boys and lives in Florida.

Nauman Afsar
Regional VP for MEA & Turkey at Oracle Energy and Water

Biography:
Nauman has been in the IT&T industry for over 25 years managing and orchestrating growth across the MEA region for different vendors in leaderships roles.

Nauman has thorough understanding of the regional dynamics in regard to the Digital Transformation initiatives.

Nauman is currently responsible for the MEA region as the Regional Vice President for Oracle Energy & Water, working with all the Utilities across the region on their journey towards a Digital Utility and driving changes towards more Customer centric Utilities.

Merve Söylemez

Biography:
Merve Soylemez, having Industrial Engineering background, has been in IT industry since 2004. She has worked in sales and product marketing roles for industry leading companies, also has been recognized for her analytical prowess and her track record of success in spearheading transformational projects within top-tier enterprises.

Since 2010 August she has been working for Oracle Turkey, heading Oracle Turkey high-caliber technology team. Her main responsibility has been providing strategic direction for the technology team's market approach and go-to-market strategy tailored for enterprise customers.

Merve is a member of Oracle Women Leadership team since 2012, she led the Turkish community for 3 years within the context of supporting and empowering other women in the tech industry.

She is a strong believer of values such as integrity, trust and transparency, teamwork and dedication for collaborative projects or ethical decision-making.
