• Governance - often underestimated as the “basics of Project Management”, but lack of adequate governance is often a root cause of many programme failures. Learn how a strong, holistic, proactive governance structure and culture drives success.
• Selecting and Working with your Partner - choosing your Implementation Partner is a critical part of your transformation journey. Learn all the ins and outs of working with your Partner and the wider Oracle ecosystem.
• Tangible Business Outcomes - going-live with the solution is only the beginning of the journey. Most programmes technically go live but don’t generate the true innovation and business outcomes desired. Learn how to set benefits and track the benefits-related quality of your implementation
• Continuous Innovation - requires a change in culture, mindset, and committed action. But it doesn’t happen overnight. Learn how to setup your Cloud Target Operating Model starting in the implementation, so you are setup for success in the long term!
