Doug joined Oracle in 2010 after having very successful runs other leading technology providers such TIBCO, PTC, and Vitria. After 6 years at Oracle, in 2017 Doug left to take over as SoftwareAG’s North American Division Vice President and build the companies first vertical go-to-market for manufacturing, transportation & logistics, successfully growing the business leveraging his team of sales, pre-sales, marketing, and industry executives before being recruited back to Oracle as Group Vice President to run the Southeast technology business in late 2018. Doug is a high energy sales executive with a track record of exceeding goals by focusing on the customer first and their success. Doug approaches everything in his life with passion and excitement and has a proven track record of building exceptional customer relationships, high-caliber teams, and driving consistent top line revenue performance through top-caliber leadership.  Scott Charter
Director, North America Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Scott Charter has spent over 30 years in the IT industry, including business development roles with data service providers, as well as co-founding several IT start-ups that were acquired by larger firms. His current focus includes leading AI enablement sessions with Oracle sales teams and partners. Simplifying complex technical concepts into plain language is a large part of this role. Scott holds a JD from University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, and a bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University.  Gil Traverse
Solution Engineering Senior Manger, Oracle Gilbert has been a thought leader and Emerging Tech evangelist in Oracle’s North America Apps division since 2017 and leads the Advanced Technology Solution Engineering team for Service Industries. Additionally, Gilbert is a leader for the North America Emerging Tech Community of Practice and AI Champions Program. In addition to Emerging Technologies, Gilbert is a cyber security and data privacy expert and earned his CISSP certification in 2018. Gilbert holds a B.S. in Management and Economics from Ashland University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Defense and Strategic Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso with a focus on Cyber & Future Warfare. Group Vice President – Cloud Engineering, Oracle As Group Vice President, Field Engineering, Johnnie leads a team of cloud and hardware technical experts as well as solution architects who help customers ideate, architect, implement and operate securely on Oracle Cloud. She has spent more than 20+ years bringing enterprise technologies to market, most recently for Microsoft’s Enterprise Cybersecurity Group. She has, in prior roles, led product, business development and marketing for industry leaders Gigamon, Juniper Networks, Varonis and Check Point software. In earlier years, she designed cellular infrastructure networks for Motorola Inc. Johnnie’s work has been featured in trade, business press as well as industry conferences.
