Senior Vice President, Cloud Engineering, Oracle Japan and Asia Pacific

Alistair Green is senior vice president for cloud engineering in Oracle’s Japan and Asia Pacific region. He’s a passionate technologist who, with his talented team of professionals, works to help customers, partners, and developers realize the power of Oracle’s cloud infrastructure and applications to solve their business problems.

As a leader, Alistair focuses on driving customer-centricity and shareholder value. He enjoys connecting and building meaningful relationships with his Oracle team and our customers, partners, and prospects.

Alistair has a keen interest in AI and enjoys dabbling with microprocessor control automation systems. One of his favorite ways to recharge is pushing himself through endurance sports, always training for his next IRONMAN race. The drive to see how much he can do and the endorphin rush are a real thrill.

Sharad Lal
Vice President, Database Cloud Development, Oracle

Sharad Lal is Vice President, DB Cloud Development, for Oracle Exadata DB Cloud services from IDC development center. He is focused on the Exadata Public & Private Cloud Services, leading micro services development, observability, analytics and security areas from IDC for the different Database Dedicated Cloud services.

For several years, Sharad was part of Oracle Managed Cloud Services (OMCS) engineering and Oracle Database Development and release. He led IaaS/PaaS engineering for Oracle OnDemand and prior to that designed & developed kernel features in Oracle database (Releases 8i, 9i & 10g) primarily focusing OS virtualization layer.

In between, Sharad also had stints at Ariba (SAP) on their procurement SaaS Cloud platform and as CTO of cloud startup flipClass in education domain.

Sharad has a BE in Computer Science from University of Bombay in 1993. He has also completed executive management program AMPM from the IIM-Bangalore in 2010.

Abhishek Dixit
Director, APAC, HPC & AI Infrastructure, Generative AI Services, Oracle

Abhishek is a distinguished leader based in India, with two decades of executive-level experience across global markets, including the APAC & Americas regions. Prior to his current role at Oracle, he held senior leadership positions at prominent technology firms such as Microsoft, Fujitsu, and Silicon Graphics. His deep expertise spans on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures, with a strong focus on High-Performance Computing (HPC), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Big Data ecosystems.

Vipin Agarwal
CISSP, Director – Enterprise Security – APAC, Oracle

Vipin is Director responsible for Oracle' Enterprise Security business within Oracle Asia Pacific. He has 26 year’s experience in the industry. Prior to Oracle, he was with HP, HCL and CMC(TCS) in various IT roles. Vipin holds Bachelor of Technology (Electronics Engineering) and MBA.

Nitin Kaushik
Director - Technology Cloud Engineering, Oracle

Nitin Kaushik is a Director of Technology Cloud Engineering in India. Nitin has overall 22+ years of industry experience and he is associated with Oracle since year 2017. He leads Oracle Cloud business with Oracle's enterprise, digital native and commercial customers in India; helping to shape and deliver on a strategy to build broad use of Oracle’s Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings. He is very passionate about how cloud based paradigms are key catalysts and enablers towards driving Digital transformation for organizations to achieve the next level of growth.

Narinder Sharma

His ability to architect comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions for data centers, particularly in government and enterprise sectors, underscores his expertise in pre-sales and solution design.
