Rand Waldron Global Defense CTO, Oracle
Biography: Rand Waldron leads the strategy, deployment, and operations of Oracle’s cloud products serving governments and their partners. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Waldron has severed as Deputy Assistant Director for FBI, responsible for their enterprise software and data—including investigative and intelligence analytics, large scale custom software development and business operations systems. Mr. Waldron has also served at the United States Department of Justice and as Director of Technology at venture capital funded company in California.

Biography: Mike Hart joined Oracle after retiring from the Royal Air Force as a 2-star general. In a long military career he specialized in intelligence, targeting, ISR and counter terrorism serving in all operational theatres and finishing as Director of the UK’s Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre.
Josh Harris EVP, Palantir Technologies
Biography: Josh Harris is the Executive Vice President of Palantir Technologies and oversees commercial activities globally as well as leading its philanthropy practice. Before joining Palantir in 2012, Josh was Director of Projects at Richard Attias & Associates in New York, as well as a member of Nicolas Sarkozy’s 2007 presidential campaign’s International Relations Team. He graduated from Cornell and received an MPhil from the University of Cambridge. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of AirAsia and Richard Attias & Associates.
Tom Keane Senior VP, Anduril
Biography: Tom Keane is a Senior VP at Anduril Industries, a leading defense and security company that builds cutting-edge technology solutions. He has over 25 years of experience in cloud and distributed systems, software development and design, and space products. At Anduril, he leads the division focused on creating hardware and software capabilities that enable low latency and time sensitive operations, autonomy and mass effects, data processing and fusion, and networking across land, sea, space and cyber domains. He oversees a team of engineers, product managers, data scientists and industry experts who work on some of the most challenging and impactful projects on the planet.
Matt Leonard VP, Oracle
Biography: Matt Leonard is Vice President of OCI Edge Cloud Product Management at Oracle, leading product strategy and vision for bringing the power of cloud computing to the edge. Matt’s goal is to enable customers to deploy and manage applications anywhere. With over 20 years of experience in product management, integration, and IT advisory, Matt has a proven track record of delivering successful products and solutions for leading tech companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Amazon.
Mike Studeman Rear Admiral (Retired) former Commander, Office of Naval Intelligence
Biography: Mike Studeman, the former Commander of the Office of Naval Intelligence and a retired Rear Admiral, is one of our nation’s leading national security professionals, with extensive global experience in intelligence, foreign policy, and defense matters. He is an internationally recognized expert on Asian affairs with deep expertise on China. Mike is a MITRE National Security Fellow and on the Board of Advisors of the National Bureau of Asian Research. Mike has led intelligence operations at every level from the tactical to the strategic, and in Navy, joint, national, and interagency assignments. He has supported combat operations ranging from Desert Storm to the Balkans to Afghanistan. He has also contributed to a range of counter-terrorism, counter-narcotics, and counter-proliferation operations. Mike also helped formulate strategies and execute operations to deal with challenges from Iran, North Korea, Russia, and China.
Adam Leslie Director, Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI)
Biography: Adam Leslie is the Director of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute’s Washington DC office. Adam has more than 30 years' experience spanning national security, defense and diplomacy with expertise in strategy, national security innovation, intelligence, technology and social entrepreneurship. He spent 15 years as an intelligence professional with the Australian government, with long-term postings to Bangkok, Kabul, and Dubai. During this time, he led multi-disciplined teams to address Asia-Pacific regional security issues, which included a focus on countering terrorism, cyber threats, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Prior to this, Adam spent 12 years in the Australian Army where he was a UH-1H helicopter gunship pilot and intelligence officer. He is a graduate of the Australian Defence Force Academy and the Royal Military College, Duntroon. Adam holds a Master of International Service from American University.

Biography: Ollie creates advanced digital solutions for customers in the Defence, Intelligence and Security sector. He is a serial entrepreneur and lifelong learner, now on his fourth company and recently completing the online AI Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He actively engages with AI advancements, highlighting significant shifts and new paradigms in the field. Oliver is a member of the techUK Data Analytics and AI Leadership Committee and Reply’s Ethical AI Committee. His expertise spans across Defence, Solution Architecture and Data Science. In 2023, he achieved a perfect score of 100% on his Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification renewal!

Biography: The Honorable Beth McGrath is Deloitte’s Global Leader for Government and Public Services. In her role she is committed to strengthening synergies across global Industries and Government and Public Services with a focus on client mission needs and solutions. Ms. McGrath advises government clients on a broad range of issues reflecting the breadth of government services including: global trends impacting mission priorities and business imperatives; strategies that help drive transformation and improve operations; leadership; IT portfolio management; and workplace, workforce, and digital transformation.
