 Lynn Smullen
Senior Vice President, Sales – Communications, IT & Media, Oracle Lynn Smullen is the Senior Vice President of Communications, Media and IT for the North America Cloud Infrastructure organization. Lynn joined Oracle in 2021 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Partnerships, where she led the acceleration of partnerships across the Comms, Healthcare, Retail/CPG, and Systems Integrator segments (for partners such as NVIDIA, Cohere, VMware and Amdocs). Prior to Oracle, Lynn served as Division Vice President of Sales at Verizon, leading the Digital Infrastructure, Hyperscaler and Emerging Segments business. As an active member of the ICT industry, Lynn has built and led successful sales, business development and product management teams for over 20 years. Lynn was recently named to the IM100 by Infrastructure Masons and one of Capacity Media's Top 20 Women to Watch in the global communications industry in 2022. Lynn currently serves on the Board of Ambassadors for the American Cancer Society and the Infrastructure Masons Advisory Council. She is also serving her second term on the Board of Governors for the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC), where she chairs the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Lynn lives in Arlington, VA, where she and her family are active in important personal causes including Horton's Kids and the National Brain Tumor Society. She is a proud mother of 3 teenagers, a passionate Hokie, and enjoys tennis, travel, and art with her family and friends.  Scott Charter
Director, North America Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Scott Charter has spent over 30 years in the IT industry, including business development roles with data service providers, as well as co-founding several IT start-ups that were acquired by larger firms. His current focus includes leading AI enablement sessions with Oracle sales teams and partners. Simplifying complex technical concepts into plain language is a large part of this role. Scott holds a JD from University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, and a bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University.  Gil Traverse
Solution Engineering Senior Manger, Oracle Gilbert has been a thought leader and Emerging Tech evangelist in Oracle’s North America Apps division since 2017 and leads the Advanced Technology Solution Engineering team for Service Industries. Additionally, Gilbert is a leader for the North America Emerging Tech Community of Practice and AI Champions Program. In addition to Emerging Technologies, Gilbert is a cyber security and data privacy expert and earned his CISSP certification in 2018. Gilbert holds a B.S. in Management and Economics from Ashland University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Defense and Strategic Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso with a focus on Cyber & Future Warfare.  Johnnie Konstantas
Group Vice President – Cloud Engineering, Oracle As Group Vice President, Field Engineering, Johnnie leads a team of cloud and hardware technical experts as well as solution architects who help customers ideate, architect, implement and operate securely on Oracle Cloud. She has spent more than 20+ years bringing enterprise technologies to market, most recently for Microsoft’s Enterprise Cybersecurity Group. She has, in prior roles, led product, business development and marketing for industry leaders Gigamon, Juniper Networks, Varonis and Check Point software. In earlier years, she designed cellular infrastructure networks for Motorola Inc. Johnnie’s work has been featured in trade, business press as well as industry conferences. Konstantas holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park.  Dr. Ryan Krebs

Aali Masood Senior Director – North America Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Aali Masood is a seasoned Senior Director with over 25 years of experience, dedicated to aiding customers in adopting cutting-edge technologies to address intricate business challenges. Renowned as a deep technologist in AI, Data, Analytics, and Cloud domains, Aali collaborates with stakeholders across all levels, from executives to practitioners, within sales and product organizations, to refine messaging and develop tailored solutions. In his current capacity, Aali leads a dynamic team, driving the development and execution of demand generation and marketing initiatives focused on Gen AI, data, and analytics, with a strong focus on industry-specific use cases. Aali's academic background includes an undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Colorado, and an MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business.
