Daniel Overby Hansen Senior Principal Product Manager - Database Upgrade, Cloud Migrations and Patching, Oracle
Daniel is a Senior Principal Product Manager for Database Upgrade, Cloud Migrations and Patching at Oracle. He is an expert for AutoUpgrade and the various migration tools and techniques such as Transportable Tablespaces, Data Pump, Oracle GoldenGate and ZDM as well as for Grid Infrastructure Patching.
Before joining Oracle, Daniel had a long career as operational database administrator and database developer at a global provider of financial services.
Daniel’s motto is that “databases are fun” but when he is not messing with databases, he takes care of his family in Denmark and enjoys the outdoor life with farming, running, and hiking.
