Analyst Keynote: Industry Trends Shaping UCC/CC Migration to Cloud The range of benefits accelerating the enterprise migration to UCaaS and CCaaS solutions are well understood. However, communications complexities in many enterprises have led to a deployment model involving a mixture of UCaaS/CCaaS providers with private/public cloud hosted enterprise workloads. In this session, expert industry analyst Irwin Lazar will explore the trends enterprises are adopting to mitigate complexities as they make this transition. Roundtable #1: Migration to Cloud Native Technology Digital transformation involves much more than just moving to cloud, it is also about taking advantage of the benefits of private and public cloud infrastructure to deliver business value. From increased cost savings, greater agility, scalability and elasticity to security, this session will explore the benefits of adopting cloud native as part of your business evolution and cloud journey. Roundtable #2: Cloud Communications Orchestration A new category of communications SaaS is emerging: Cloud Communications Orchestration.
