Marcel has over 30 years of experience in Accounting and Finance. He is currently the VP of Financial Systems Transformation in Corporate Finance at Guardian Life and is the overall functional lead of Fusion implementation. Additional responsibilities entail leading two teams – the general ledger team for reporting and operations, including leading the Financial Close, and a second team for level one financial systems applications support/training of financial users.
Mauro Schiavon
Chief Commercial Officer, Oracle Business Deloitte Consulting LLP
Mauro is the Americas Oracle Alliance Leader for Deloitte. He is responsible for the strategy, ongoing development, and growth of our Deloitte Oracle business portfolio in the Americas.
In addition to his role in the global Deloitte Oracle practice, Mauro serves Fortune 500 clients in the high-tech industry bringing over 25 years of international experience in supply chain and digital transformation powered by Oracle. He advises organizations on how to design and execute the digital transformation of their core processes and operations by embracing cutting edge capabilities like cloud, AI/GenAI to drive stronger business outcomes.
When he’s not working, Mauro keeps up with his Italian and Venetian roots by cooking meals for his family and friends. He loves fishing and spending time with his family.
Dmitry Baev
Group Vice President – Cloud Engineering, Oracle
Dmitry Baev is a senior technology leader with 20+ years of experience leading solutions engineering teams in high growth companies. In his current role, as Group Vice President for Data & AI at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Dmitry is responsible for advising large enterprise customers on their data strategies, including AI/ML and Generative AI technologies. Prior to joining Oracle, Dmitry held various technical leadership roles at H2O, Hortonworks/ Cloudera and MongoDB advising customers on their data landscape. Dmitry holds BSc degree from the University of Toronto.
Erik Bergenholtz
Vice President – Strategy and Operations, Oracle
As VP of Strategy and Operations for AI at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Erik is focused on bringing to market AI Solutions specifically suited for the enterprise. In prior roles, Erik has led both large and small engineering teams in various areas, including big data, developer tools and middleware. He can be credited for many contributions to several Apache projects and OpenStack. He holds both a B.S and M.S in Computer Science and a Master of Technology Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Erik is a Swedish native and resides in FL. He is rumored to have finished an Ironman and likes to fish.
Scott Charter
Director – North America Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle
Scott Charter has spent over 30 years in the IT industry, including business development roles with data service providers, as well as co-founding several IT start-ups that were acquired by larger firms. His current focus includes leading AI enablement sessions with Oracle sales teams and partners. Simplifying complex technical concepts into plain language is a large part of this role. Scott holds a JD from University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, and a bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University.
Hillel Cooperman
Senior Vice President – User Experience Design, Oracle
Hillel Cooperman is senior vice president of user experience design at Oracle, where he is transforming Oracle’s user experiences for customers. Cooperman is focused on bringing state-of-the-art, consumer-grade user experiences across devices to enterprise software scenarios. His goal is to raise the bar on every interaction customers have with Oracle software and with Oracle itself.
Most recently Cooperman served as design director of Microsoft’s Azure Data and Machine Learning Platform. Prior to that he was cofounder of Jackson Fish Market, a design and digital transformation agency that he built with longtime colleague Jenny Lam. Previously, Cooperman worked for Microsoft from 1997 to 2006. His most recent role during that stint was as product unit manager of the Windows User Experience team delivering the Windows AERO desktop user experience. Cooperman has also been a speaker at numerous design and industry events including San Francisco Design Week, the Seattle Interactive Conference, DesignThinkers, CreativeMornings, Microsoft’s Professional Developers Conference, O’Reilly Tools of Change, Microsoft Ignite, and TED.
Cooperman has a BA in history from Brandeis University, and his interests are diverse. He is the coauthor of a series of design books called Making Things Special and a series of novels called The Madrona Heroes Register. Cooperman has served on the board and as a technical advisor for BlackPast.org—the largest resource of African-American history on the internet. He was also the first food blogger to ever be nominated for a James Beard award.

Aali Masood is a seasoned Senior Director with over 25 years of experience, dedicated to aiding customers in adopting cutting-edge technologies to address intricate business challenges. Renowned as a deep technologist in AI, Data, Analytics, and Cloud domains, Aali collaborates with stakeholders across all levels, from executives to practitioners, within sales and product organizations, to refine messaging and develop tailored solutions.
In his current capacity, Aali leads a dynamic team, driving the development and execution of demand generation and marketing initiatives focused on Gen AI, data, and analytics, with a strong focus on industry-specific use cases. Aali's academic background includes an undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Colorado, and an MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business.

Dan Niswonger is the Senior Vice President for the Financial Services line of business within Oracle's North America Cloud Infrastructure organization. He leads the Cloud, Technology, and Engineered System sales teams to successfully deliver complex solutions to the financial industry's most prominent strategic enterprise accounts.
Dan has more than 30 years of sales experience in software and technology. He has a career track record as a top performer, a coach, and a mentor. Before his current role running the NACI organization, Dan managed teams in Oracle's utilities, construction & engineering business as well as Oracle applications, including ERP-HCM-EPM.
Before joining Oracle, Dan worked for leading software companies, including IBM, CA, and Salesforce, focused on sales partnerships and customer engagement. Throughout his career, Dan has maintained a customer-centric approach to selling and has leveraged his experience, customer advocacy, and operational excellence to excel in each role.
Dan's education includes the University of Kansas, where he earned a BGS in personal Administration, the University of Michigan (Stephen M. Ross School of Business) for accelerated executive insight, and IESE Business School.
