Gary Miller Senior Vice President and General Manager, Oracle Advanced Customer Services
Gary Miller is a senior vice president and general manager at Oracle leading the Oracle Advanced Customer Services organization. Advanced Customer Services supports mission-critical environments with tailored support and services for on-premises and private, public, and hybrid cloud environments. Gary engages with C-suite executives and advises them on how their enterprise can achieve a modern cloud experience. Gary leads more than 4,500 employees in delivering the highest levels of customer innovation to more than 6,000 customers in more than 100 countries globally, spanning Oracle’s largest enterprise clients.
Prior to leading Advanced Customer Services, Gary was the senior vice president of Global Business Operations Customer Services, responsible for driving strategy, policy, pricing, acquisitions, risk management, strategic resource planning, and day-to-day operational management. Gary personally managed and led the integration of more than 100 acquisitions.
Gary graduated from Oxford University with a first-class honors degree in laser and solid state physics. He also completed the Executive Leadership General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Brennan Baybeck Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer, Customer Services, Oracle
Brennan P. Baybeck, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, is vice president and chief information security officer for customer services at Oracle. In this role, Brennan leads a global team that addresses IT security risk management for one of the largest lines of business at Oracle. He is responsible for security, privacy, and availability for customer facing services, including Oracle’s security services. He has more than 25 years of experience in IT security, governance, risk, audit, and consulting, and he has worked in various industries designing, implementing, and operating enterprise wide programs to address global security risks. He has held leadership positions at Sun Microsystems, StorageTek, and Qwest Communications and served as a security risk consulting director at a global consulting company.
Brennan also has been actively involved with ISACA for more than 25 years. He has served as the international board chair, a board director, and a chapter board leader. He currently serves as past board chair for ISACA. He is a recipient of the Western Michigan University’s Business Information Systems Outstanding Alumni Award in recognition of his distinguished service and accomplishments. The Colorado Technology Association also named Brennan the 2021 CISO of the Year.
