Join this interactive roundtable of your peers led by Jeff Henley, Oracle’s Vice Chairman and former CFO, to discuss the bold strategies and leading technologies organizations are using to become more agile, resilient digital operations better able to capitalize on opportunities in a shifting economic landscape. Jeff is a veteran turnaround CFO who led Oracle through the turbulence of the dot.com bust and 9/11, and today acts as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives on their digital transformation strategies.

A short survey will go out to participants about the challenges they are facing in the current environment, and topics they would like to see addressed. The small group format will allow for plenty of time to review those challenges, plus networking and interaction with the speakers and attendees in an informal, interactive session.

Jeff Henley
Vice Chairman of the Board

Biography: Jeffrey O. Henley is vice chairman of Oracle Corporation. He served as Oracle’s chief financial officer and an executive vice president from 1991 to 2004, and has been a member of Oracle’s board of directors since 1995. Henley was chairman of Oracle from 2004 until 2014. He also serves on Oracle’s Executive Management Committee.

Prior to joining Oracle in 1991, Henley served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Pacific Holding Company, a privately held company with diversified interests in manufacturing and real estate, and as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Saga Corporation, a multibillion-dollar food service company. He also served as director of finance at Memorex Corporation in its large-storage division, and as controller of international operations at Fairchild Camera and Instrument Corporation.

Henley is a member of the board of governors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and serves on both the Chancellor’s Advisory Council and the International Advisory Council of the Engineering College for the University of California at Santa Barbara. He also serves on the Advisory Board of InTouch Health, a provider of remote presence solutions for healthcare providers.

Henley has a BA in economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an MBA in finance from UCLA. In 2004, he received the UCLA Anderson School’s Outstanding Alumnus award.

Rob Schilling
Senior Vice President, North America ERP Sales

Biography: Rob Schilling is Senior Vice President of ERP Sales for Oracle’s North America Applications division. He leads an 800-person organization that shows enterprise customers the value of moving their back office systems to Oracle’s cloud application suite. Rob rejoined Oracle in September 2018 after spending time at Nokia as Vice President of IoT, Applications, and Analytics; SpaceTime Insight, where he was CEO through its acquisition by Nokia; and SAP, where he held SVP and GM roles across North America and Japan.
