Chouthri Palanisamy Practice Director, Global Technical Services & Cloud Service Operations, Oracle Over 20 years of experience in the in the management consulting, information technology and software industry with strong technical background. Chouthri is an accomplished manager, responsible for managing and delivering Global Technical Services to various enterprise customers. Chouthri has over 11 years of experience in design, development, and implementation of Enterprise Project Portfolio Management solutions.
Chouthri was instrumental for initiating and executing on an idea for an integration middleware utility called “Project Integration Framework (PIF)”. PIF has become a key differentiator for the Construction and Engineering Business Unit (CEGBU) Technical Services team.
In addition, Chouthri is also responsible for Cloud Service Operations which include software upgrade, migrating of our legacy products (P6 & Unifier) to Oracle OCI cloud and migrating our customers from on-premise to cloud.
When Chouthri is not working to ensure the success of our customers, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two (2) daughters. He resides in Cupertino, California.
Dave Bullard Senior Director, Product and Industry Strategy, Oracle Dave Bullard, Senior Director, Product and Industry Strategy, Oracle brings over 20 years of experience in the utilities and process manufacturing industries to Oracle. Most recently, Dave was the Manager of Data Analytics, Reporting, and Project Controls for non-nuclear generation at Ameren, a regulated utility headquartered in St. Louis, MO, USA. During his 10 years at Ameren, Dave led a scheduling team using Oracle Primavera P6 for major project and integrated outage (program) management, implemented OPPM and Oracle Primavera Unifier and championed their adoption across the enterprise, spearheaded multiple process improvement initiatives, and drove higher standards and expectations for both operational and project reporting using Oracle Business Intelligence solutions.
Prior to joining Ameren, Dave worked at Anheuser-Busch for 10 years, where he executed utility system projects at multiple breweries across the country, developed detailed bottom-up estimates for major capital projects, and provided industry and competitive financial analysis for the US beer industry. Dave was introduced to the Construction Industry Institute (CII) at Anheuser-Busch and subsequently leveraged that experience at Ameren, where he was their Implementation Champion and CII's Implementer of the Year in 2011.
Jason Buettner Principal Solution Consultant, Oracle Jason has over 16 years of construction and engineering experience spanning from design engineering, to helping build project controls organizations in the utility generation and transmission capital project space, and now works as a Solution Consultant for Oracle. In this role, Jason helps companies identify business problems around project controls and aligns the correct business platform to meet their needs, and is considered a subject matter expert in project management, earned value management, forensic scheduling, and cost controls. He possesses a strong record and understanding of sound business processes and leadership responsibilities within the construction industry, with a core focus on electric and gas utilities since 2008.
Jen Coyle Director, Product Management, Oracle As the Schedule Portfolio Lead, Jen is responsible for the Oracle Primavera Cloud and P6 products. She has over 25 years of experience building software solutions for the Construction Industry. Her career began at Primavera Systems supporting the P3 for Windows product where she became a scheduling and product expert. Helping customers inspired a passion for building high quality scheduling solutions. She earned a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from St. Joseph's University.
John Davis Business Systems Supervisor, Pacific Gas and Electric John Davis is the system owner and subject matter expert for Primavera Unifier at Pacific Gas and Electric Co. He is responsible for the system architecture, integration and deployment of all processes in each line of business at PG&E. John’s team of designers and administrators collaborate with process owners and over 1,800 end users for design and deployment of all business processes and administrative needs.
John Waterhouse Senior Manager, Project Management, Ameren John has managed transmission and distribution capital projects and portfolios with Ameren Corporation for over 10 years. His expertise is in project controls and project management, successfully bringing the $1.4B Illinois Rivers greenfield multi-value transmission project in on time and on budget. His initial Primavera experience was implementing resource loading and baseline management in P6 across Ameren’s Energy Delivery division, then in 2016 he implemented Unifier for forecasting across all transmission projects, and most recently began implementing OPPM for portfolio bundling and optimization.
Robert Smith Transmission Project Manager, FirstEnergy Robert Smith is the Transmission Project Manager at FirstEnergy with 21 years’ experience in Project Management, IT, Procurement, and System Design.
Ryan Craaybeek Principal Solution Consultant, Oracle Ryan has been a trusted advisor to project intensive markets around the globe for over 15 years. He has serviced and consulted with owners, engineers, construction managers, and contractors across multiple industries including the Utility space. His subject matter expertise includes use cases that span the entire Capital Lifecycle including Capital Planning, Portfolio Management, Project Management and O&M. He continues to successfully support Utility organizations in achieving their strategic objectives by aligning best practice standards and processes with purpose-built technology.
Saj Yaqub Principal Solution Consultant, Oracle Saj has worked with the Oracle Construction & Engineering team since 2005. He has supported customers from the energy industry in Europe and Asia when he was based in the UK, and now focuses on helping customers in the Americas with understanding the key challenges and priorities within their Project Management lifecycle and providing best practice recommendations and business benefits for making change.
