Safra A. Catz has served as chief executive officer of Oracle Corporation since 2014 and a member of the company’s board of directors since 2001. She previously served as president of Oracle and has also served as the company’s chief financial officer. Prior to being named president, Catz held various other positions since starting at Oracle in 1999. She currently serves as a director of The Walt Disney Company and previously served as a director of HSBC Holdings plc.
Leor is a front-end developer working as part of the JET UI Framework team. During her 13 years at Oracle she has worked in diverse teams and projects, including full-stack development of Server Technologies and Cloud Apps. As the Community Leader for the Oracle Women Leadership Tech Community, Leor organizes a wide range of events with a focus on women in tech, including Tech Panels, Lightning Talks and lean-in circles. Leor gained her MS in Computer Science at Stanford University, and her BS in Computer Science at Glasgow University, UK.
Maria Kaval is a Vice President of Engineering at Oracle Corporation with over 20 years experience. She started her career as a software engineer at Siebel Systems, and after Siebel Systems was acquired by Oracle in 2005, she has held various positions in Software Development at Oracle, recently focusing on UI Development for the Cloud. At Oracle, Kaval is also a Community Leader for the Oracle Women's Leadership initiative. Kaval holds 4 patents in the area of Software Engineering. Kaval is on the National Board for TechBridge Girls, a non-profit to promote under-represented girls in STEM fields, as well as a Girl Scout Leader. Born in Sweden, and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Kaval earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University and an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Menlo Park, Calif.
Tia Williams serves as Software Development Director: User Experience at Oracle. She is the Head of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) User and Developer Experience (UDX) team of Interface Designers, Visual Designers, User Researchers, and Creative Technologists, responsible for the OCI Cloud Console and its' numerous service plugins, empowering customers to build, deploy, and manage applications on our cloud. Tia began her career as a developer and transitioned into user experience, with a targeted focus on providing exceptional customer and business value. She has held numerous leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies, as well as startups spanning a career of 20+ years. She holds a BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Shruti Banda is a Senior Product Manager at Oracle with the Enterprise Financials division. She is a technophile with a computer science and management background. She currently works on building analytic tools and Intelligent Bots for Enterprise Applications such as the Oracle Expense chatbot. She holds an MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. She loves to read, learn Russian and travel the world in her free time. She also volunteers with the Oracle Education Foundation helping high school students navigate STEM.
As Group Vice President of ERP within Oracle Applications Labs, Krithika Bhat leads the ERP and HCM Cloud transformational journey for Oracle internal. She has experience leading development, deployment and support of global enterprise solutions. She has built and leads a 500+ person global organization based in 10 countries that serves the strategic needs of multiple lines of business within Oracle including Finance, Consulting, Support, Sales and HR. Krithika has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute (VJTI), Mumbai and prior to Oracle has worked with SHL System House in Toronto, Canada and Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai, India.
Mollie joined Oracle in late July 2019 as Chief Revenue Officer of the Oracle Data Cloud business. Mollie came from Criteo (Nasdaq: CRTO) where she held the role of Chief Operating Officer, leading all commercial functions globally including sales, publisher development, operations, marketing and business development. Mollie joined Criteo in 2014, and in her tenure as COO was instrumental in growing Criteo to a $2+ billion business that sustains a 90% client retention. Mollie has won many awards over the years including the IAB Service Excellence Award, a Silver Stevie Award for “Best Female Executive”, AWNY’s “Working Mother of the Year” and is ranked the fifth most powerful woman in mobile advertising by Business Insider. Before Criteo, her career in advertising included executive roles at Millennial Media, Yahoo, Advertising.com, Discovery and Time Warner.
Emily is a Product Manager for the NetSuite division of Oracle in the Enterprise Resource Planning group. The team aims to build features for several areas of Supply Chain Management. Emily holds a bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has a wide range of internship experiences in different roles at JPMorgan, Apple, Disney, Google, and AT&T. She is passionate about increasing diversity in tech and has been involved in NCWIT, Women in Product, Lean In, and a repeat attendee of the Grace Hopper Celebration.
