Prior to his current role, Geraffo was senior vice president
for Worldwide Alliances and Channels, responsible for the
ongoing development and execution of Oracle’s extensive
partner network.
Geraffo is an industry veteran with deep experience leading
enterprise technology teams. Prior to joining Oracle, he was
the senior vice president and managing director responsible
for leading all aspects of HP’s Enterprise Group Americas
team.
Geraffo’s experience includes vice president and general
manager of the Americas region for VMware, where he drove
business and operations and was responsible for sales,
professional services, systems engineering, channels,
marketing, and field operations. He was also executive vice
president at BEA Systems and held various sales leadership
positions during his 15-year tenure at IBM.
Geraffo holds a BS in accounting from William Paterson
University, an MBA in finance from Fairleigh Dickinson
University, and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive

IP matters in Silicon Valley and beyond, opening a cancer
center for a regional healthcare system as part of
