Principal, CREO Consultants With a degree in architecture my career begins as a project coordinator in the healthcare sector. Managing projects at the Montreal General Hospital and Verdun-Lasalle Hospitals has allowed me to gain valuable experience in managing hospital projects that has been ongoing for over 30 years. Following almost a decade in the healthcare sector I was up to a challenge in the pharmaceutical sector. As the Director of Technical Services responsible for both construction and facilities management at Charles River Laboratories exposed me to a highly regulatory environment focused on compliance. As a trusted member of the senior management committee, my responsibilities extended to projects in the U.S., Europe and Asia. As part of CRL’s expansion program, I was involved the construction of the first FDA recognized facility in China. Following this invaluable experience, I was exposed to the P3 market and project delivery method in Quebec. My main role was focused on the business end and the design management. As a senior member of mainly 3 major projects I gained extensive knowledge of this market. As a regular speaker on this topic mainly at the GLOBAL INFRASTRUCURE where I shared my views specifically on digital solutions particularly as it pertains to building life cycle. Jen Coyle
