Pelin is a data science expert with 10+ years of sales, business development and consultancy experience. She has been focusing on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Data Science concepts with deep technical knowledge and industry specific hands on project experience. Pelin has a strong technical background in data science with a Statistics PhD and two different master degrees in Economics and Statistics. She loves talking and writing about data science, she is an invited lecturer in Universities for machine learning and data science courses.
Graeme Kerr Head of Technology Strategy, Oracle UK
In twenty plus years working for Oracle, Graeme has seen its technology deployed in every setting from the Large Hadron Collider and DNA Sequencing to Core Banking and Student Funding.
A technologist at heart, he spends more time speaking, enabling and coaching rather than at a command prompt. Today he leads the Oracle Autonomous Database strategy for the UK.
Harry Snart Senior Solutions Engineer, Data Analytics, Oracle UK
Harry works in the UK Solution Engineering team for Oracle's Data & Analytics Portfolio. Harry's role focuses on supporting customers through collaboratively finding innovative solutions to business problems with Oracle's Enterprise Cloud technology. His interests include Oracle Analytics Cloud, the Autonomous Data Warehouse, Oracle Machine Learning for SQL and the use of Python for data analysis
He has developed business and analytical skills from his background in consulting, pre-sales and in-house analyst work, as well as a high-level understanding of linear algebra, econometrics and statistics from his degree in Economics.
John Abel Vice President, Cloud and Innovation for UK, Ireland and Israel at Oracle
John Abel is a developer turned innovator. His current role is to lead teams of solution architects, engineers and innovation teams in UK and Israel to use technology to drive business value. His focus is on ensuring his team are able to blend new technologies such as Blockchain, AI , Internet of Things and Autonomous systems with existing, deployed, systems to help make ideas become not just reality, but commercially relevant.
John has built a diverse team drawn from multiple backgrounds and skills sets to ensure synergies of different perspectives working together comes to the fore. This includes close cooperation with Oracle’s partner and start-up ecosystem to bring the brightest and best minds to help find and solve the problems customers are faced with. John also supports a number of STEM projects that are aimed at increasing participation overall but particularly from a wider range of backgrounds.
Stuart Bunby Solution Director- EMEA, Cintra
Stuart has over 20 years’ experience designing, building and selling customer solutions based around Oracle technology. He has worked with Engineered Systems and Cloud technologies since their earliest releases and is also a domain expert in Data Management Solutions for Analytics.
Ben Haworth Oracle Cloud Master Solution Engineer
Ben has worked with both Public and Private Cloud for the past 9 years, defining and building the platforms as well as deploying customer architectures on to Cloud platforms. At Oracle, Ben works with customers to help them move to and/or adopt Oracle Public Cloud, to understand the technology and operating model, how best to connect from on-premise to the Cloud and also connect and use multi-cloud architectures.
