Renee Dumble People and Culture Project Lead, Followmont Transport
Renee Dumble is responsible for leading the design, planning and implementation of employee experience projects at Followmont transport including the recent HR digital transformation with the deployment of the Human Capital Management system – Oracle HCM Cloud.
Working within the People and Culture function, Renee commenced with Followmont in 2015 as a HR generalist, partnering with the business to deliver high-performance outcomes. Holding a Bachelor and Post-Graduate Degrees, Renee has gained over 10 years of HR experience across various industries including Transportation and Logistics, Australian Immigration, Finance, Legal and Mining Services.
HR innovation, digitalisation and change management is a passion for Renee and she approaches all projects with the mindset that the human element must remain at the core.
Rowan Tonkin Director of Human Capital Management Strategy and Transformation, Oracle
Rowan is a highly experienced senior HR transformation and change leader. He has spent the last 20+ years working in HR and OD roles, 15 years as a CHRO/ HR Director/ GM HR leading HR functions for Australian and New Zealand organisations. He is a Fellow of both the NZ and Australian HR Institutes.
He has also been a CIO and was responsible for leading the ANZ Bank's HR Systems, Technology, Payroll, Analytics and Channel Management teams delivering to 50,000+ employees in 30 countries. During his career he has secured several HR technology business cases and his passion is HR, Technology and digitalising HR services that maximise new technologies, improve workforce productivity and employee experience.

Dianne is an experienced digital transformation specialist with a demonstrated history of working with cloud HR and ERP solutions across industries locally and globally. A skilled leader in Strategy, Governance, Business Process, Analytics, Change Management, Engagement/Communication and Coaching, Dianne has been instrumental in supporting Followmont Transport through their digital HR transformation.
