Andy PierouxWalpole Partnership Ltd
Andy Pieroux is the founder and Managing Director of Walpole Partnership Ltd.
He has worked with Oracle CPQ/BigMachines in Enterprise IT since 2010 and had over 15 years in business roles before that at Xerox.
His first-hand extensive experience in Sales, Product Management and Pricing Management makes him uniquely aware of the challenges facing customers who invest in CPQ systems.
Since founding Walpole Partnership, Andy has delivered some of the largest and most complex pan-European Oracle CPQ/BigMachines implementations in Europe. In addition to this, he is an accomplished CPQ and sales skills trainer and is also a qualified project manager.
Andy’s passion for helping clients through CPQ is the driving force behind Walpole Partnership. His primary focus is the growth of the company through innovation, partnerships and client success.
Neil Pridham Oracle, Director of Sales Strategy
Neil has been in IT for over 30 years. That career has been split roughly in two. The first half Neil worked in IT Director roles looking to improve business through the use it technology (Hasbro, General Electric, Bio-Rad). The second half of his career his swapped sides and has worked in the sales of software solutions (Oracle, Salesforce.com) This has given Neil exposure to both sides of the technology divide and across many industries. For the past 18 years Neil has been spent his time in the customer experience space looking at how technology can drive increased customer experience whilst being commercially & financially successful for the organisation.
Henrik Ravn ChristensenVice President, Stratence Partners
Henrik is an experienced leader with a strong track record of delivering results in various Strategic, Commercial and Pricing roles within different industries.
Henrik has demonstrated Strategic and Operational skills in Strategy Optimization, Commercial Effectiveness and Pricing Excellence. His work has led to sustainable strong results, and provided a competitive advantage for the companies he has worked for.
Henrik has been a key driver of the LEGO Group turnaround, optimizing the company within different commercial disciplines, - e.g. developing and driving a Customer and Product Profitability Program, as a cornerstone in turning LEGO into a profitable company.
Henrik has developed Pricing to be a competitive advantage of the LEGO Group, - from an "Ad hoc" based process and cost+ based approach to a true Value Based Pricing. He has built Commercial Revenue Management capabilities, including “Value Based Segmentation” and implemented differentiated approaches to market and customer investments with multichannel pricing models.
Henrik is a highly regarded expert within Commercial Strategy, Effectiveness and Pricing Excellence. He has been a key note speaker at various conferences and has +15 years of practical experience in optimizing Commercial results and profitability.
