In this session, Rick will explain why and how MSKCC developed a Procurement BP for approvals and the creation of contracts and award letters, while simultaneously improving collaboration and transparency to vital supporting documentation. Mike Antis serves as Vice President, Client Services with the Oracle Construction and Engineering Business Unit. Mike has held numerous other client service roles since joining Textura in July 2005. Prior to joining Textura, he was a Manager for Paragon Consulting Group, Inc. and Braun Consulting, Inc. Mike holds a B.S. in business process management and marketing from Indiana University and an M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Robert is an innovative and accomplished Manager with more than 20 years of successful dynamic experience in Operations, Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Financial Management by focusing effort on collaboration throughout the enterprise. He is known for his success as a change agent in pushing for excellence in finance operations and enhance strategic planning.
Matthias Ebinger, MS, LEED AP, PMP, CHFM, CFMDirector of Digital Solutions, Enstoa
Matthias is focusing on the digital transformation of healthcare Facilities Management. Matthias works with healthcare systems to streamline and optimize Capital Planning and Project Delivery, Maintenance and Operations, Regulatory Compliance and Condition Assessments and Recapitalization Planning. Matthias studied Architecture, Public Administration and Construction Management in Germany, South Africa and the United States. Having been in the role of a facilities director for a large healthcare system in New York City for many years, Matthias has a deep understanding of the challenges that are faced by practitioners on a daily basis and is able to work with teams to craft change initiatives that lead to tangible and sustained improvements. Matthias is an ASHE-Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager and an assistant visiting professor in the Facilities Management master’s program at Pratt Institute in New York City.
Rick Spidalieri Construction Controller (Facilities Management), Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
Rick has an extensive background in construction project management and construction finance. Prior to joining Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, he was Vice President, Senior Construction Finance Manager for RBS Citizens. Rick holds a Master’s of Science in Construction Administration, from Columbia University - which he earned in 2009. He also worked at Columbia University Medical Center as a Project Manager.
Martha Raj Manager Finance & Systems, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
Martha has spent the past six years managing finance and systems at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Prior to that she was a Senior Associate at Sapient Government Services where she lead projects that were accountable for operations and business strategy development. Her hands-on IT and Finance experience are accompanied by an MBA in Finance/Accounting from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
