Registration is a two-step process requiring an approval. First, submit your registration online. Once your registration is submitted, you will receive an email stating that your registration is in pending status. Second, upon approval of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you are not approved to attend the conference, your registration will be denied. Approvals are nontransferable.
To book your hotel, click on the hotel registration link in your confirmation email. Oracle has secured discounted room rates at the DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Center City. Sleeping rooms can be booked utilizing the discounted rate immediately following the completion of your registration. The Oracle discounted rate is US$249 per night plus taxes and fees. This rate is available until Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at which time prevailing hotel rates will apply.

Oracle Health Sciences Connect 2019 Pre-Event Focus Group Day attendees must use their conference badge while onsite at the Oracle Health Sciences Connect 2019 Pre-Event Focus Group Day. Badges are nontransferable and may not be shared onsite. Any persons found to be in violation of this policy will have their badge confiscated by event personnel and will be asked to leave the conference.
Government and Public Sector Entities
Oracle is pleased to offer complimentary event invitations to employees and officials of government and public sector entities when appropriate under applicable laws and government organization policies. Oracle is committed to promoting a corporate culture that is centered on integrity, accountability, and ethical business conduct.
During the registration process, you will be asked if you are employed by a government or public sector entity. This includes public higher education, government-owned utilities, and public university healthcare entities. If you answer affirmatively and then complete your registration, you will receive the compliance letter via email. This letter addresses the fair market value of the items being offered at the conference. You will need to submit this letter to your legal counsel, ethics officer, or designated executive official for review and signature and return it to Oracle prior to the event.

Visas for Entry to the US
This information is intended for individuals who are not employed by Oracle and are traveling from outside the United States to attend the Oracle Health Sciences Connect Pre-Event Focus Group Day in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, April 8, 2019.
During the registration process, you will be asked if you plan to apply for a US visa for travel to the US. If you select "Yes," be prepared to provide your passport information during the registration process.
Once your registration is completed and all required information is received, a signed statement confirming your registration and planned attendance will be issued. If you plan to apply for a US visa, you are responsible for complying with all applicable US immigration laws and for following the guidance at the US consular website where you submit an application. You should consult with your employer or other resources such as the US consular office website regarding questions about US visas and requirements.
