 Siddhartha Agarwal
Group Vice President, Product Management and Strategy, Oracle Cloud Platform
As Group Vice President, Product Management and Strategy | Oracle Cloud Platform, Siddhartha is responsible for enabling Oracle's transformation into a cloud platform provider taking to market new PaaS services that have already generated over $300M ARR. Responsible for defining/executing Oracle's Cloud Platform strategy and revenue growth (organically & inorganically) across all middleware cloud services & on-prem software globally ($4.5B+ business). Portfolio includes Cloud native app dev (microservices, serverless computing, containers), mobile/chatbots, IoT, API Mgmt, Data/Process Integration, Big Data, BI, and Security/Identity Mgmt . Prior to Oracle, he held several leadership positions including WW Field Operations at Zend, VP of Sales at Solidcore Systems and Regional VP of Sales at Totality. Siddhartha also founded companies such as Teamscape (acquired by Peoplesoft) and Contractor Online as VP of Engineering/CTO. He started his career at Oracle in development and as Director, Development built Oracle's CRM eCommerce product, Internet Bill Presentment and Payment. Siddhartha holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Stanford University, a bachelor’s in computer science and economics from California Institute of Technology, and a bachelor’s from Grinnell College.
 Nickoria L. Johnson
Sr. Director, IT Plan and Build, Alliance Data Systems
Nickoria Johnson is the Senior Director of IT Strategy and Planning at Alliance Data’s Corporate Headquarters here in Plano, TX. Her key areas of responsibility include Business Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, Application Development, Business Intelligence and Data Services. During her tenure at ADS, she has led her teams to successfully implement and grow capabilities centered around integrating Oracle applications, including PeopleSoft HR and Financials, Hyperion, OBIEE, and Oracle Agile. Prior to joining Alliance Data, Nickoria worked with major Fortune 100 companies helping to enable their digital strategy and delivery agility. Nickoria’s extensive background in consulting, leadership, and change management has helped her to build diverse and innovative teams who are able to take on high-risk challenges and succeed.

Ashish Nadkarni is Group Vice President within IDC's Worldwide Infrastructure Practice. He leads a team of analysts who engage in delivering qualitative and quantitative research on computing, storage, and data management infrastructure platforms and technologies, via syndicated research programs (subscription services), data products (IDC Trackers) and custom engagements. Ashish’s vision for his team is to take a holistic, forwarding-looking and long-term view on emerging as well as established infrastructure-related areas in the datacenter, in the cloud and at the edge. His core research starts with an objective assessment of heterogeneous, accelerated, fog, edge and quantum computing architectures, silicon, memory and data persistence technologies, composable and disaggregated systems, rackscale design, software-defined infrastructure, modern operating system environments, and physical, virtual and cloud computing software. - The Future Is Autonomous
