Selwyn is the Head of Financial Services and the Senior Responsible Owner (SRO) for the Oracle Cloud programme at the London Borough of Lewisham. He is responsible for co-ordinating and delivering service budget support to Council directorates, ensuring the delivery and monitoring of the Council's financial strategy within the directorates, He also has responsibility for the Council's pensions and payroll functions. His varied role involves working closely with Members, Chief Officers and external partners to provide support and advice to ensure that decision makers make the best use of taxpayer money. As the Oracle Cloud SRO, he is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the fully integrated Oracle Cloud programme.
