Chris and Con are the two Project Leads on the Treasury Wine Estate HR transformation project. Together they have helped develop, lead and drive the HR digitalization program that has re-engineered HR processes at TWE globally.
Both have worked at TWE for over 4 years, most of that time working to develop the company's new HR systems, strategy and processes. TWE chose to undertake a rapid implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud to draw on the solution's capability to deliver on the immediate business challenges faced. Chris and Con have been responsible for rolling out that project including change management, stakeholder management, and project delivery.

Damien Almond has over 9 years of experience in HR solutions implementation consulting, supported by over 10 years of experience in HR. Damien is an Oracle HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist across HCM, Talent Management and Workforce Rewards. He has lead talent management implementations for clients as well as other successful HCM implementations. He puts to use his deep understanding of HR and the solutions landscape to recommend and assist clients find solutions for complex HRIT challenges by facilitating strategy definition, business process analysis, finding the best fit solution to realize the business benefit.
