Cara Capretta Vice President – HCM Transformation Practice for Oracle
Has over twenty-five years of internal and external experience in Human Resources. She is a recognized speaker and thought leader in the field of talent management. She is regularly featured at Argyle, Evanta, Conference Board and HR Tech Conference, as well as Oracle’s HCM World and Open World. Cara leads a team of former HR executives who are evangelists for HR transformation and share HR best practices with Oracle clients in North America. Cara is the former President and COO of Lominger International, a Korn/Ferry Company. Lominger is a global provider of competency-based leadership development tools. During her tenure at Lominger, she co-authored several books and product lines including FYI™ for Teams, FYI™ for Talent and The Interview Architect®. Lominger was sold in 2006, at which time Cara became the VP of Strategy and Intellectual Property for Korn/Ferry International, the largest executive search firm in the world. Prior to working in the consulting and the commercial product arena, Cara was a Human Resources executive at Nationwide Insurance for 13 years, where she was responsible for enterprise-wide assessment, leadership development, talent review and succession planning efforts for more than 25,000 employees. She also has experience as a Human Resources generalist. Cara is on the board of Breath of Hope Ohio, a non-profit organization that brings hope to those diagnosed with lung cancer and raises funds to support research necessary to find a cure. Cara was named one of the Top 15 Business Women in Ohio in 2018 by the National Diversity Council. Cara is a native of Columbus, Ohio where she attended The Ohio State University and graduated from Franklin University.

Mike is a Principal in KPMG’s Advisory Services practice with more than 15 years of business consulting experience. He has a specific background across the full HR value chain, including HR strategy development, organizational design, technology selection and implementation, and overall HR transformation.
