Tim Beck Principal Solution Consultant, Oracle
Tim has more than 25 years of experience in project and operational management. In his current role and as a Consultant, Consulting Manager, and Product Manager for Oracle Primavera, Tim has provided product and project management, developed sales and implementation methodology, designed business processes for software, and provided consulting service for clients throughout the world
Tim has an Engineering and Finance degrees from the University of Florida. Prior to joining Primavera 16 years ago he was a construction Project Manager, a Consultant within the construction industry, the Vice President and Operations Manager of an Environmental Construction Company, and a Bank Vice President.
Mary Harding PMO Design Build and Communications / Training Specialist, New York State Department of Transportation
Mary oversees and provides training for Project Management at the NYSDOT, including scheduling systems (Primavera P6). Establish Project Management standards and practices to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery. She also assists with logistics, communication and procurement support for Design Build projects.
Brad Green Manager, Engineering Systems, New York State Thruway Authority
Bradley is the Manager of Engineering Systems for the New York State Thruway Authority. Mr. Green began his career as an Automation Engineer for GE developing and implementing factory turn-key automation systems in the automotive, chemical, petroleum and chip fabrication industries. After taking a position at the New York State Thruway Authority he oversaw the development of its Inventory and Inspection management system for Bridges, Culverts, Retaining Walls and various other structures and transitioned the inspectors from Film to Digital imagery. In the early 2000's he took on development of the Thruway's Computer Aided Dispatch system for dispatching the Troopers along the Thruway, and the implementation of the Thruway's Traffic Management System along with coordinating the sharing of traffic data with the NYSDOT and various other Transportation entities around the state. Most recently he's been working on developing data management solutions for Bridge and Pavement analysis and working the New New York Bridge team to implement Technology systems on the Mario Cuomo Bridge.

Steve has more than 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction software industry. He was Directory of Industry Marketing at Assemble Systems prior to the July 2018 acquisition by Autodesk. In his current role, Steve is responsible for leading Assemble partnerships and integrations within the construction industry for Autodesk.
Frank Malangone Senior Director, Product and Industry Strategy, Oracle
Frank has more than 30 years of experience within the engineering and construction industry selecting and implementing the full spectrum of project, financial, sales delivery and collaboration applications. In his current role, Frank is responsible for guiding innovation, design, and marketing of the products and solutions within Oracle Construction and Engineering. Additionally, he also is responsible for developing and communicating product strategy to the engineering and construction industry, initiating and fostering partnerships with other organizations, and supporting strategic sales efforts.
