Kitty Koelemeijer is Full Professor of Marketing at Nyenrode Business Universiteit and director of the Marketing and Supply Chain Management Center. She specializes in retail management and e-commerce, growth strategies, consumer buying behavior, branding, and new business models. Shelly Sterk
Shelly Sterk is a Dutch tv-presenter, best known for work on SBS6. She currently presents a number of television programmes such as Shownieuws and Marktplaats. As soon as she graduated the ‘School voor Journalistiek’ in Utrecht and the ‘Film Academy’ in New York, Shelly started her own production house; Sterk Media. Shelly’s career started at the BNN University, after this she joined several broadcasters as Powned, GeenStijl, Veronica, and the KRO-NCRV. Before joining SBS in February 2018, Shelly was a reporter at RTL Boulevard and presenter at Galileo (RTL5). She also participated in Expedition Robinson 2017, where she won the semi-finals. In 2018, Shelly was proclaimed by FHM as the most beautiful woman in the Netherlands.
Rob Tarkoff, EVP, Oracle
Rob most recently led Lithium Technologies to its successful acquisition by Vista Equity Partners. In this role he scaled the business from $25M of ARR to $140M of ARR prior to his departure. Rob and his team retooled the online community product to become multi-tenant and focus on specific vertical use cases and was twice recognized by Gartner as the Visionary Leader in the Magic Quadrant for this work. Rob and his team also grew the Social Media Management Product to a leadership position in the Forrester Wave and ultimately the leading SMM product for customer service in the industry by volume and customer count.
Prior to Lithium, Rob was the General Manager of the $1.3B+ Enterprise Business Unit at Adobe, consisting of Acrobat, Adobe LiveCycle, Adobe Connect, and the Adobe Experience Manager Products. In this role he reported to Shantanu Narayen, CEO of Adobe, and prior to that Rob led the Adobe Strategy, Venture, and Corporate Development teams reporting to Shantanu as COO and Bruce Chizen as CEO. As GM of the Digital Enterprise Business Unit Rob and his team led the diligence, acquisition, and product integration of Day Software, which has become one of the most successful product offerings within Adobe, and helped retool the enterprise business by driving changes to the GTM and positioning of Adobe’s products for the enterprise through a Customer Experience lens. In his last two years he and his team helped grow the Acrobat business, launched the first cloud service for Adobe (Acrobat.com) and led the acquisition of EchoSign, the Digital Signature product for Adobe’s Document workflow offerings.
Prior to Adobe, Rob was the EVP and General Manager of several businesses at EMC, reporting to Dave DeWalt, President of EMC Software, including the Input Management business, the outsourcing business, and the former Legato content portfolio (close to $1B of offerings). He served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Documentum, reporting to the CEO and Chairman, leading Product Management and Strategy prior to the Company’s sale to EMC.
Rob was one of the founding executive team for Commerce One, reporting to the CEO, and led the business development and Trading Exchange strategy while there, including the formation of Covisint and several other leading vertical procurement exchanges.
Rob received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Amherst College and started his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and a lawyer at Wilson Sonsini. He previously served on the Board of Directors of CDK Global, the leader in automotive eCommerce and CRM, and previously served on the Boards of Advent Software and Borland Corporation. Rob has been a leading industry speaker in the “Customer Experience” field since 2007 and has delivered several keynotes highlighting the “consumerization of IT” and the transformations happening within enterprise software in the broader CRM/Customer Experience landscape.
Shon Wedde - Sr. Director of Product Management
Shon Wedde is a Sr. Director of Product Management focused on innovation investments across the Oracle CX suite. A veteran of 25+ years in the technology industry, Shon continues to passionately drive innovative capabilities into the Oracle CX application suite. Shon is actively working with a number of early adopter global organizations across industries to demonstrate how emerging technologies can transform the digital engagement experience. Over the past five years Shon has helped guide Oracle customers in their adoption of the Internet of Things (IoT) as a customer engagement channel. Shon has expanded his innovation focus to include the emerging areas of Augmented Reality (AR), Conversational Interfaces (CUI), Human-robotic Interaction, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning and BlockChain. Shon joined Oracle through the RightNow Technologies acquisition. He has a background in digital switching hardware and enterprise software develop. He has held product development leadership roles in the telecommunication, contact center and customer experience industries.

Having held leadership roles in the Media industry, Caoimhe has nearly a decade of digital experience. Prior to joining Oracle in March 2018, she was Head of Digital at Group M agency MEC and worked with local and international brands to develop their digital, content and social strategies. Caoimhe is passionate about bringing brand stories to life through digital innovation, and developing strategies to harness consumer-first thinking into brand growth.
