Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President, Oracle Mark Sunday is chief information officer and senior vice president at Oracle. He is responsible for providing the global communications, computing, and security infrastructure that enables Oracle’s internal business operations as well as a variety of hosting and education services for Oracle customers. Additionally, Sunday and his team strive to be the first adopter, biggest influencer, and best promoter of relevant Oracle technologies. He routinely shares his insights in optimizing business results through the use of technology, pivoting to the cloud, developing world-class global teams, fueling innovation, and enabling IT operational excellence. With more than 30 years in the high tech industry, he has also served in various IT leadership positions at Motorola, ST Microelectronics, and Texas Instruments. Sunday holds a BSE from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Sunday supports the innovation, technology, and science community by serving as a trustee of the Utah Technology Council and a board member of The Leonardo—a museum dedicated to the intersection of art, science, and technology. VP of Product Marketing for Cloud Platform Dain is the VP of Product Marketing for Cloud Platform (PaaS/IaaS) under Oracle's Cloud Business Group. Dain is responsible for driving marketing vision and strategy across Oracle's key public PaaS and IaaS offerings. Including Autonomous Database, Integration, AppDev, Mobile, Security, Management, Analytics and emerging tech: AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain. He has over 20 years industry experience in marketing, product management and development of enterprise software technologies including: Digital Business, SaaS Integration, Big Data, Data Integration technologies and Master Data Management. VP, Technology, Drop Tank Tim is CTO and co-founder of Drop Tank LLC. Over the past 30 years, Tim has held numerous technical roles within the retail petroleum industry and worked for Sun Microsystems Educational Services developing and delivering Unix, Java Development and Architecture courses. Tim holds a B.S. in Information Systems from DePaul University.
Darren Linden
Sr. Director, IT Services Corporate Technology Services, Alliance Data Systems As Senior Director of IT for Alliance Data, Darren oversees the company’s corporate IT landscape, infrastructure and operations, enterprise applications, security operations, and end user experience.
Prior to joining Alliance Data in 2016, Darren held several technology senior leader positions at Flowserve Corporation.
Darren received a B.A. degree in M.I.S. from Northeastern State University of Oklahoma and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas.

CEO, Pilosa As the great-grandson of the Mexican General who shot off Pancho Villa’s leg, H.O. embodies the spirit of a true revolutionary. Despite this ancestor’s sharpshooting tendencies, HO is one of the friendliest guys you’ll ever meet. His background is in starting innovative companies from scratch, such as RateGenius, Flightlock, Finetooth (now Mumboe), the Texas Tribune, and most recently, Umbel, a data management platform that helps Sports & Entertainment companies turn fans into customers.
HO is currently the CEO of Pilosa. Over 18,000 hours of engineering time has been spent developing and refining Pilosa, which creates knowledge representations of the underlying database. HO now is spending his time riding the razor’s edge between offering Pilosa as the core technology to the wider developer community, while simultaneously building an offering for it in a fully managed service to enterprise customers. This new service, Molecula, is focused on enabling Computational Analysis on massive amounts of Streaming Data, which he is building on OCI.
Robert Blackburn
Global Managing Director, Oracle Strategic Alliance Robert Blackburn is the Global Managing Director responsible for Equinix’s overall relationship with Oracle. His responsibilities include the program for partner-selling to our joint customers, as well as supporting the data center operations of Oracle Cloud and other business units around the world. Robert is a 17-year veteran of Equinix, serving in several sales and marketing roles and most recently as Vice President for Western Region sales. Arti Deshpande
Director, Global Data Services, HAVI Arti is responsible for leading and managing data architecture, Data integration, Data administration and BI teams globally. She provides leadership for the data management framework, governance, vision and strategy within the global HAVI organization. Arti’s focus is to get the right data at the right time to the right people in an integrated manner to deliver successful supply chain planning, analytical and logistics solutions.
