Chatbots are the fastest growing market in mobile application development and extends mobile opportunities to the conversational channel. Oracle Intelligent Bots is a feature of our Mobile Cloud offering! As an Oracle partner active in mobile and PaaS, you are invited to join the Oracle Intelligent Bots training. The 2 day session will be run by Oracle Mobile Product Management. You will learn how to create custom chatbots, how to design conversations, how to develop and add custom logic, connect to backend systems through MCS and how to make your chatbot available from Facebook and other messaging clients. You will also get an insight into new features of the platform including hand off to a human agent, translating bots into different languages, instant apps and handling FAQs. Of course, the agenda allows enough time to ask questions and discuss any chatbot related topics. We hope this training is of interest and you can make the date. 16+ years of extensive experience in all facets of software development life-cycle, starting with technical support of pre-sales, working out Architecture, development, PM and developer evangelism. Currently working in Product management for Oracle's Artificial Intelligence Bots & Mobile Platform driving internal and external adoption. Prior to this, I worked for the Oracle Application Development Tools organization where I worked on Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle JET (JavaScript Extension Toolkit).
My key responsibilities include product strategy, evangelism and enablement for Oracle Mobile Cloud enterprise solution by:
- Developing Oracle cloud developer solutions
- Developing product and technology training for in-class and online training
- Developer evangelism
Pre-requisites- 1. Laptop , internet connectivity, and a modern browser - Chrome
- 2. Basic understanding of Cloud terminologies and web technologies – REST, JSON, JavaScript, Node.js
- 3. Facebook account: This will be required to connect your bot to Facebook by creating a Facebook Messenger Channel
- 4. Node.js installed on your local machine / laptop: This will be required to publish your Bot through a Web channel
