Joe Huang
Manager, Product Manager, Mobile Cloud Service

Biography:
Joe Huang is a seasoned professional and a leader in the enterprise mobility, ChatBot, and Conversational AI spaces, and is currently responsible for Outbound and GTM Product Management of Oracle’s Intelligent ChatBot and Mobile Platform. Joe has more than 20 years of experiences in the high tech industry, with the last 12 years focusing on enterprise mobile applications and platform. Joe most recently is leading the GTM effort is bringing ChatBot and Conversational AI to the enterprises. Joe joined Oracle through the Siebel acquisition in 2006, where he was part of Siebel's platform product management team. Prior to Siebel, Joe was with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), leading various development teams in creating innovative solutions for leading companies of the world. Joe received an MS and BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in the early 1990s and currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Martin Jarvis
Director of Product Management, Mobile, Bots and AI

Biography:
Martin is a member of Oracle's AI, Bots and Mobile Product Management team. He's been developing applications for over 25 years and has more than 15 years of experience working in Enterprise Mobility and now Bots. He has practiced all aspects App development from concept to design, through to implementation. He’s just as comfortable discussing the business and commercial opportunities from going mobile or with Chatbots as he is the solution architecture. He is a certified Enterprise Architect and has always been adept at applying the latest technologies to solve business problems. In his spare time, he's also a passionate volunteer for Code Club (part of the Raspberry Pi foundation – codeclub.org.uk), helping primary school children build and develop their coding and IT skills.

Maciej Gruszka
Director of Product Management

Biography:
Maciej Gruszka is Director of Product Manager working in Oracle Headquarter responsible for Oracle Cloud Application Development Division. Since 1999 he works as specialist in the middleware and nowadays in the cloud. Initially in BEA Systems as Senior Principal System Engineer where he supported and evangelized middleware across Eastern European customers of BEA. After BEA’s acquisition he joined Oracle’s regional forces of the competency center in sales consulting organization. He was the main Oracle WebLogic specialist in the region. In 2011 he decided to move to the Oracle’s development division where he was holding the position of EMEA Product Manager for Cloud Application Foundation. In 2014 he joined HQ and he is Senior Principal Product Manager for Oracle aPaaS Cloud solutions as well as for such products like WebLogic Application Server and Oracle Coherence. Nowadays he runs a team of Product Managers responsible for Java Cloud Service (WebLogic Server PaaS environment) and Application Container Cloud Service (Oracle Polyglot PaaS Runtime)

Shaun Smith
Director of Product Management

Biography:
Shaun Smith leads product management of Serverless technologies at Oracle and is a member of the open source Fn Project functions platform team. He's an experienced technical product manager, enterprise framework architect, and software developer active in open source and cloud service development. Shaun is a past committer on a number of Eclipse Foundation projects and is an experienced speaker who has presented frequently at JavaOne, Devoxx, EclipseCon, JAX, and many other developer conferences and user groups around the world.

Jon Reeve
Senior Director, Product Management

Biography:
Jon Reeve, Senior Director of Product Management, Oracle, has built a career integrating hands-on technical development with senior-level strategic management. He has served in numerous product and leadership roles at companies such as StackEngine, Hyper9, SolarWinds, SMARTS, EMC and VMTurbo. Having previously served as VP of Product for StackEngine, he was responsible for the company’s flagship container management product, Container Application Center. His experience spans more than 20 years across computer networking, systems management, virtualization, cloud and container technologies, helping numerous start-ups and established companies generate market traction. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Computer Networking from the University of Durham (UK).
