Oracle Engagement Cloud combines sales and service capabilities in one solution with a unique combination of sales automation, service request management and knowledge management. Using Engagement Cloud, sales and service professionals can deliver consistent answers to customer questions and ensure that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Organizations can improve customer satisfaction and loyalty while enabling up-sell opportunities, particularly for high-touch and high-value customer engagements.
Participants should have attended Oracle Engagement Cloud – Foundation implementation workshop prior to attend Oracle Engagement Cloud – Sales and/or Oracle Engagement Cloud – Service.
This Invite-Only hands-on workshop will be delivered by Oracle Development at No-Fee to Partners. It consists of live presentations, live demos, and hands-on laboratory exercises.

Workshop Format
- Remote/On-line session with approximately 4 hours of web presentations per day followed by laboratory activities in the afternoon.
- Live web Q&A with Oracle Product Development team during the workshop.
- Access to Oracle Cloud partner community forum.
- Attendees will receive training environment login during the workshop week.
Audience:Participants should have general skills in implementing and extending CRM applications (e.g. Siebel, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRMOD etc.) Attendees are expected to attend all web-based presentations and complete laboratory exercises every day.
