Oracle Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit Joe Castner is Area Vice President at Oracle's Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit for North America. Joe has over 23 years of experience in IT bringing game-changing technologies to market in North America and Europe in the areas of Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management, Data Security, Application High Availability and Application Workload Placement as well as Data Center design and build.
Joe has recently returned from Switzerland where he spent three years leading the European team at Oracle’s Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit and doubling revenue over that same period.
Tyler Graham Sales Consultant, Oracle Tyler is a Solutions Consultant with Oracle Construction & Engineering Global Business Unit. In his four years with Oracle, he has focused on the Public Sector, particularly State & Local government. Within State and Local, Tyler has specialized in targeting use cases for Airports and DOTs, encompassing a range of business processes from Capital Program Management to Facility Maintenance and Inspections. He current lives Columbus, Ohio and works to help support all of the Oracle State & Local Account Managers in the United States. Diane Jackier Chief of Capital Strategic Initiatives
NYC Department of Parks & Recreation Diane Jackier is the Chief of Capital Strategic Initiatives in the Capital Projects division at NYC Parks. In this role, she oversees division-wide initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of Parks’ capital process. She also supervises the staff in the quality assurance, data systems, and needs assessment units in the Capital Division. Diane has a Bachelor of Arts, a Master’s in City Planning, and a Master’s of Science in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania.
Paul Krass New York State Office of General Services Paul Krass is a seasoned consultant, helping organizations with lean business processes improvement while mapping them to technology in a way that forces total transparency. Paul focuses on Executive Management priorities, and leverages solutions such as Primavera P6 as a vehicle to delivery extraordinary results. Justin Murphy Senior Sales Consultant, Oracle Justin Murphy is a Principal Sales Consultant with the Oracle Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit. In his three years with Oracle, he has focused on helping capital asset intensive organizations in Utilities, O&G, E&C, and Industrial Manufacturing. Justin provides customers innovative and out-side-the-box solutions in multiple areas including business process automation, analytics, and data visualization. Justin’s specialty is leading customer-driven analytics workshops to help customers maximize their existing technology investments and gain critical & automated insights into their data. Justin currently resides in Miami, FL. Ben Penzick Senior Manager, Sales Consulting, Oracle Ben is a Senior Manager on the Client Services team for Oracle Textura Payment Management. He is one of the original members of the Textura group and has played a key role in the cloud service becoming the industry standard for payment management. He currently runs the Northeast Client Services team and has led some of Textura’s largest implementations over his 11+ years with the team.
Ben holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Purdue University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his wife Torrie and 2 year old son Wesley. Dave Wright Value Program Director, Oracle David Wright has over 15 years’ experience at Oracle developing strategic solutions and value based business analysis for clients globally, across multiple business sectors. Prior to Oracle, he worked in financial management and business/IT strategy development. As a Value Program Director, he engages with clients in collaboration that helps us help our customers create a strategic roadmap for capital project management and execution initiatives that help drive organizational value, providing an understanding of business issues and pain points, opportunities for improvement, risk factors, and anticipated return on technology investments.
