Loïc le Guisquet
Executive Vice President
Europe, Middle East, and Africa
Loïc le Guisquet is the Executive Vice President for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Oracle Corporation and serves as a member of Oracle’s Executive Management Committee.
Based in Geneva, Loïc oversees a network of 206 offices in 63 countries, and is responsible for managing all of Oracle’s operations, growth, and profitability throughout the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.
In his role, Loïc is directly engaged in the success of Oracle’s customers in EMEA. He does this by focusing the whole organisation on the primary goal of continually delivering more value to our customers. Loïc also works directly with a number of Oracle’s EMEA customers as their executive sponsor.
Loïc has been at Oracle since 1989 in a range of country and EMEA roles.
Prior to his appointment as Executive Vice President in 2008, Loïc successfully managed several businesses across EMEA including the Applications business in Western Europe, Oracle University, Oracle Consulting, Oracle CRM, and CRM On Demand. During his 24-year tenure at Oracle, he also held executive positions in technology and applications sales, and various roles in Marketing and Alliances & Channels.
Loïc holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and a master’s degree in computer science from Supélec, France.

Cesare Capobianco is Oracle’s vice president for Business Applications in CIS, Russia, Turkey and Central Asia, overseeing sales of a vast suite of Customer Experience, CRM, ERP and Human Capital Management enterprise software.
Cesare is personally engaged with a number of Oracle's customers in his regions and focuses his whole organization on the primary goal of continually delivering value to customers and helping them innovate leveraging Oracle’s latest Business Applications capabilities.
Cesare has been at Oracle since 2009. Prior to current role he has served as head of EMEA Managed Cloud Services, a business which more than quadrupled in size under his leadership.
A software veteran, prior to joining Oracle Cesare has had a variety of executive roles, managing the EMEA software businesses of two large IT global vendors and running as CEO a mid-size software firm based in Austria.
Cesare holds a MS in Computer Science and Electronics from the University of Rome, Italy
Dr. Athina Kanioura
Accenture Analytics Digital Managing Director- Functional Analytics Lead
Athina Kanioura is the Global Business Analytics Lead of Accenture Digital and also the EALA Analytics Delivery Centres Lead.
Athina specializes in econometrical analytics focusing on network analytics, forecasting, customer analytics, pricing, trade merchandising, improving marketing / communication effectiveness and optimizing marketing mix budgets linking analytics with campaign management implementations.
Athina has had 10 years of practical experience in customer relationship management and econometric analysis.
Prior to Accenture, Athina has previously worked for 4 years in the University of Sheffield as a Lecturer in Economics/Econometrics. Regarding her academic background, Athina holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Piraeus, a M.Sc. in Economics and Finance from the University of Sheffield, as well as a PhD in Macroeconomics and Econometrics from the University of Sheffield.
