Biography: Terry L. Johnson is a senior principal with Oliver Wight. Terry assists client companies in the assessment of their current business performance and in developing integrated business process improvement initiatives geared to increasing overall business performance and competitiveness. His clients include: General Electric, Rolls Royce Motor Car, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, HP, and more.
John Shorter Vice President, ERP Transformation, Oracle
Biography: John Shorter is currently VP of ERP Transformation at Oracle where he works with companies to help guide them along their ERP digital transformation. Prior to Oracle, John had a long career at General Electric where he served such roles as GM, Business Transformation for GE Power and CIO, Engineering and Global Supply Chain for GE Energy. While there, he led 6 successful ERP transformations and built and led the largest PLM environment in the industry. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Military and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State.

Biography: Eric, who leads Peloton’s Manufacturing Practice, has over 20 years of experience in helping clients align organizational strategies and performance management solutions, including the design and implementation of Performance Management architectures & solutions that support best practices within his clients. His experience spans a variety of corporate functions, including financial and operational reporting & analytics, budgeting, planning, and financial consolidations, as well as a variety of verticals, including the Financial Services, Electric Utilities, Manufacturing, Distribution, Life Sciences, Education and Retail industries.

Ferguson has over 25 years of experience in integrated supply chain operations and technologies as an executive leader in both operations and business development driving qualitative and quantitative results for clients including: Ball Corporation, NBTY, RICOH, McGraw-Hill, T-Mobile, Kaiser Permanente, and Microsoft. Ferguson has led initiatives focused on revenue growth, Lean/Six Sigma, advanced planning, new product launch, and performance improvement of integrated supply chain solutions.
