During this workshop we will use a specific case study to define a digital transformation vision and approach.
The workshop will teach you how to put our Digital Transformation methodology into practice.
You will be coached in small groups to maximize interactivity and stimulate interesting conversations.
By the end of the workshop you will walk away with a framework that you can apply in your organization to design your own Digital Transformation Roadmap.

Mr. Kurian has been with Oracle since 1996, holding various product management and development positions. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Kurian worked in London, Brussels, and San Francisco as a consultant with McKinsey and Company, an international management-consulting firm, serving clients in the software, telecommunications, and financial services industries.
