KPN is experiencing higher user adoption related to sales performance metrics and analytics, as well as reduced churn and improved onboarding time for KPN new hires in getting them trained on using the Oracle Sales Cloud.
In addition to Oracle Sales Cloud, KPN is also an Oracle Marketing Cloud customer and they were one of the first Siebel migrations. KPN also uses Oracle E-business Suite for customer hub billing and as part of the ERP system.
