Tom and Lorri will be discussing why American Tower decided to move their HR system from Oracle E-Business Suite on-premise to the Oracle HCM Cloud and what some of the benefits are for making this business transformation. American Tower selected the Oracle HCM Cloud with the following modules: Core HR, Performance, Goals, Compensation, Talent Review, Self Service and HR Analytics.
During this Customer Forum call, Linda Fishman, Senior Director, Oracle HCM Cloud, will ask Tom and Lorri 10 questions about why they chose Oracle HCM Cloud , the details of their selection process for new HR software, their implementation experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and the benefits of their new modern HR system.
