| | 09:20 | Digital Disruption - Digital Transformation vs Digital Natives
What exactly is disruption? It’s the change that happens when new digital technologies, or business models, affect the value proposition of existing goods and services.
- Value is what digital disruption affects. Value can come in any form: better, easier, faster, smarter, bigger, smaller, lighter, and cheaper. You name it.
- New companies, Digital Natives built on these new business models are not just challenging other companies. They are threatening even the most entrenched industries. And the companies that don’t change may soon be gone.
- Traditional companies have an opportunity to adapt the new technologies and new business models through Digital Transformation.
In this panel debate we will meet Executives and Thought Leaders from both Digital Natives such as Match.com and traditional companies undergoing successful Digital Transformations.
Panel: Mårten Forste, General Manager Nordic Region Match.com Christian Nakskov, Head of Marketing Channels Maersk Line Matthew Banks, Global Lead Customer Experience Management Oracle

Despite an often volatile work environment, new productivity drivers are emerging. In this session, Per Carlsson, MD CEB Nordics, will share a roadmap to generating breakthrough productivity, with prescriptive advice to help executives understand and capitalise on the new work environment.

Customer Experience Transformation in Sales & Marketing | | 13:00 | Sales and marketing being best of friends?
A hot topic which are often discussed is the lack of alignment between sales and marketing. Sales reps are being challenged on their ability to focus, focus on the right customers that can make their quota. It all boils down to demand generation, customer insight and productivity - spending as much time as possible working with customers and minimize the administrative burden. A study from CSO Insights shows that reps spend as little as 1/3 of their time with customers. An important part of the sales rep productivity equation is marketings ability to produce leads but not only leads - warm/hot leads. The way marketing is done today is changing dramatically. Customers are operating across multiple channels and may be investigating your products and services without you even knowing it. With modern marketing solutions we can monitor and track prospects, create a digital body language that ultimately creates a strong lead where we know exactly what the customer is looking for. And at this point we loop back to sales as we can now provide the rep with a qualified lead and increase his chance of a successful sell, increased productivity but also a documented ROI on the companies marketing spend.

Customer Experience Transformation in Service & Loyalty | | 13:00 | The Omnichannel Customer Service Organisation
Customer service used to be simple. Call the company or show up at their desk with your problem and get it fixed - done. But with the introduction of internet, emails, social media, communities and of course all of this being available on a mobile it’s not unusual that a consumer today uses many different channels of communicating with you. In fact a study by Ovum (“The New Multi-Screen World”), shows that 98% of customers move between devices in the sam day and as many of 52% of customers use between 3-4 channels for customer service communication. That’s a big challenge which will be covered in this track - how do you engage customers across multiple channels, how do you empower your employee to effectively communicate and service your customers and how do you enable your organisation to respond quickly to new challenges in an ever changing business environment.
Moderator & Speaker: Lasse Hounsgaard, Sales Executive CX Service Oracle Denmark |

| 13:20 | CEB - The Effortless Experience
The most common approach to customer loyalty today is devoting limitless time, energy, and resources trying to dazzle people and inspire customers’ undying loyalty. But the new book from CEB, The Effortless Experience, uses over five years of research and tens of thousands of respondents to reveal that the “dazzle factor” is wildly overrated. Consider this: what do customers really want from their cable company, a free month of HBO when they make a mistake, or a fast, painless restoration of your connection? Most customers don’t want to be “wowed”; they want an effortless experience. In this enlightening session, Chris Herbert, Associate Director at CEB, will explain how a company’s ability to deliver on basic promises and solve day-to-day problems drives customer loyalty. Beyond explaining these findings, this session will share how companies have reduced customer effort from management and frontline reps, along with the results they've achieved.

| 13:20 | How has DT Group used Hyperion Planning to support transparency in group wide budgeting?
DT Group has for several years had a decentralised steering and control leading to challenges to compare and analyse across the business in the Nordic countries. Following a more centralised approach DT Group wanted to improve the transparency and strengthen the analysis capabilities. Therefore DT Group decided to align the planning approaches and to implement Hyperion Planning. The final implementation comprises a common set of dimensions and methodology to plan e.g. revenue, COGS, allocation of holding cost and workforce.
Furthermore, the cumbersome and time consuming tasks of integrating to actual data and monthly corporate reporting has been automised using Financial Data Management (FDM).
The goal of implementation of a target setting process, supporting the top-down and then bottom-up approach for budgeting was met. Due to the easy integration to actual data DT Group is also able to run a rolling forecast process every month.
