| Henry Minogue Vice-President & Chief Information Officer, UPC Ireland
He is responsible for ICT strategy, systems and performance in support of corporate, business and operations functions in UPC Ireland. His previous roles in the business include IT Director and Programme Manager for Strategy and Planning.
Henry has worked in the ICT and telecommunications sector for over 20 years in numerous consulting and senior management roles throughout the industry. He has extensive experience in IT Strategic Planning, IT Operations Management, Delivery, Governance and programmes of effective Business Transformation through Innovation.
His extensive experience also comes from the retail sector, from where he has brought his knowledge, technical skills and management capabilities to his current position as a member of the senior management team, leading the delivery of measurable IT value through improved business performance.
Henry is also a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland and he is a non-executive Board Director of the State owned transport company Bus Éireann.

Matt is an expert in creating business value and competitive advantage via the generation of actionable insights and personalized communications from "big data" and digital solutions. He has 7 years’ experience in using rich behavioral data to drive strategic insights and effective business tactics across multiple sectors (retail, telco, FS, media etc.) and markets (EMEA, Asia, Americas). Currently Matt leads the overall data strategy for dunnhumby, with a focus on data-led innovation, digital personalization, social and mobile media, marketing effectiveness, e-wallet/mobile payments and digital loyalty. He is a regular speaker at industry events and conferences on topics such as "Big Data", Digital Marketing, Media measurement in 21st century and Earning customer loyalty.

| Chris Akathiotis CIO BT Group, Global Finance
Chris is the CIO BT Group, Global Finance systems, a role which he has held for the last 2.5 years. He is responsible for the company’s finance systems within 400 business entities across 120 countries. Chris and his team are currently undertaking an end to end transformation/refresh of this estate, its method of operation and associated processes.
Throughout his IT career Chris has worked across a variety of business disciplines with a particular focus on delivering large scale, complex global technology and business transformation including operating model design, integration, migrations, M&A and divestment solutions.
Prior to joining BT Chris provided consultancy to a number of large organisations including Director of Technology Transformation for Virgin Media a role he undertook for 8 years during which he led the integration of Telewest, NTL and Virgin Mobile business as well as the TV divestments of Living TV and UKTV. Chris has also provided consultancy for TalkTalk, O2, T-Mobile, MCI/Worldcom as well as finance, oil and airline industries.
Chris is married with two children and lives in Woburn, Bedfordshire.

| Will Kitcher BI Delivery lead, Financial Conduct Authority
In his current role as BI Delivery Lead at the FCA, Will workers closely with the lines of business and the technical team to fulfill the FCA remit to regulate the financial services industry in the UK, delivering projects which protect consumers, ensure the industry remains stable and promote healthy competition between financial services providers. Prior to his role at the FCA, Will has held a numbr of IT and Business Consulting positions at BAE, FSA, Boehringer Ingelheim, Cognos, Elsevier Sciences, Britannia Building Society and DHL Freight.

Nick has nearly 30 years experience in the provision of IT services to the financial sector, both in the UK and internationally and has worked for Reuters, Misys, Logica (CGI) and others.
Nick joined VocaLink in 2010, his business development role is focused entirely upon new developments and initiatives, providing the link between product development and the marketplace. In this role he headed VocaLink’s successful bid for the provision of the Payments Council’s Mobile Payments Service,Paym, a national infrastructure to facilitate mobile payments in the UK which went live on April 29th 2014 with 9 banks and brands. Whilst he continues working with the Payments Council on this initiative and further tranches of bank membership, his current focus is working with new and challenger banks, assisting them in the use of the major UK payment infrastructures.

Kieren McDonald is a Senior Manager for Hitachi Consulting and is responsible for leading the EMEA WebCenter Competency, project delivery and pre-sales.
Kieren joined Hitachi Consulting in 2012 and assists customers with their strategy, architecture, best practice and problem resolution. Kieren leads the pre-sales and project delivery for WebCenter projects, often integrated with back end applications. Kieren also participates in the Oracle UX advisory board, which focuses on Fusion Applications.
Kieren's 11 years experience comes mainly from working independently, Oracle Consulting and Stellent Consulting. Kieren holds a BSc from University of Wales, Aberystwyth and is married with one child, living in Milton Keynes.
