Plenary session | Vasilis G. Dimopoulos Vice President Engineered Systems, Oracle Eastern & Central Europe, Middle East and Africa (ECEMEA)
Vasilis Dimopoulos is the Vice President in charge of the Engineered Systems Business Unit, for Eastern & Central Europe, Middle East and Africa (ECEMEA) since December 2013.
In this role, he is responsible for setting up and driving the associated go-to-market strategy and overall sales plays across ECEMEA. By doing so he is directly responsible for the development and management of the related Sales organization.
Vasilis Dimopoulos joined Oracle in January 2005 as Chairman & Managing Director of Oracle Hellas. Parallel to that, in 2007, he was appointed Vice President for the GCMM Cluster of Countries as well as the EE&CIS Communications and Media Industry Business Unit. In 2010 he was appointed Vice President for the Applications Business Unit in Eastern & Central Europe and CIS and in 2012 he assumed a much wider responsibility including several applications domains in ECEMEA.
Prior to Oracle, he had held various managerial positions in his 17-years IBM career. He holds a BSc in Business Administration and an MSc in Computer Science. He speaks four languages. He is married and has three children.

Antonis Monokrousos was born in Kefallonia in 1962. He was awarded his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 1986 and his M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University College, London (UCL) in 1987.
In 2000 he was awarded his MBA from ALBA, Athens.
In 1987 he started working as a System Engineer in PC Systems SA. In 1990, after completing his military service, he started working in Pouliadis Associates Corporation, where he assumed the responsibility to manage for almost three years the Microsoft department of the company, which was at the time the distributor and representative of Microsoft for Greece.
In February 1993 joint Bull Hellas SA as Sales Director of the Private Sector. He was responsible for the sales development in the customers of the private sector, and the development of the partner channel of the company. In 2000 he also assumed the position of the Marketing manager of Bull Hellas SA.
In 2001 Antonis joint Oracle Hellas SA as Country Consulting Manager. In 2002 assumed the position of Sales Director in Oracle Hellas SA until 2010 when he became the Oracle Hellas Country Leader and Cluster Leader of Greece, Cyprus, MAK and Malta cluster of countries.

Yannis Sirros is the Director General of SEPE - the Federation of Hellenic ICT Enterprises. He holds a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Hertfordshire, UK in 2002 and a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of East Anglia, UK in 1996.
Preceding his present position, he has held positions as an Information Technology Advisor at many key Ministries, including the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Interior and Public Administration, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Ministry of Transport and Communications. He was also a member of the organising committee, responsible for drawing up the Operational Programme for the Information Society in Greece, an EU - funded project within the framework of the 3rd Community Support framework as well as participated, as an IT specialist, in the evaluation of proposals within the EU 5th RTD Framework Programme. Mr. Sirros has started of his career 22 years ago at the Greek office of Control Data Inc.
Mr. Sirros is Vice Chairman Europe of the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA), Board Member of DIGITALEUROPE and Member of the Task Force of the European Information Technology Observatory (EITO).

| | Lykourgos Antonopoulos Corporate Customers, ICT Director, ΟΤΕ
Mr Lykourgos Antonopoulos is the ICT Director of OTE Group since December 2013. He has extended experience in the sector of IT and Telecoms which he has been working the last 20 years.
He has hold various managerial and technical positions in the industry in companies like Oracle Hellas, MetaSolv France, Orchestream UK, BT UK.
Mr. Antonopoulos has graduated from UCE (BEng Electronics), holds anMSc of Avionics from Cranfield, an MSc in Telecoms from Aston University, and an MBA from ASSOE.
| | Dimitris Vassilopoulos Senior Sales and Business Development Manager, Public Sector SE, Intrasoft Europe & Middle East, Africa (MEA)
Dimitris Vassilopoulos has a degree in Electrical Engineering at National Technical University and a Master's degree (Master of Science) in Digital Communications from King's College London (University of London). He also holds post graduate degrees in Business Administration and Project Management (PMP), from the Project Management Institute.
From February 1996 until January 2003 he worked for BULL SA as an IT Consultant and Project Manager within the Systems Integration Division and was directly involved in the Public Sector IT Projects, which were financed by the Operational Program "Cleisthenes”.
From 2001 to 2003 he assumed the role of Marketing & Business Development Manager to target emerging markets by designing solutions and partnerships in the vertical areas: Economy, Transportation, and Health.
In February 2003 he joined the INTRACOM Group, specifically the Business Development Department of the Government Solutions Division. His responsibilities included large accounts and contracts management with particular emphasis to the vertical markets of Health, Social Security and Economy. Today he has the overall responsibility of the Department, as a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager for the Public Sector in Greece as well as the SE Europe and MEA regions.
| | Rajan Krishnan Vice President Applications Product Development, Oracle Europe, Middle East And Africa (EMEA) & Latin America
Rajan Krishnan is Vice President, Applications Product Development responsible for Europe Middle East and Africa, and Latin America at Oracle Corporation. He is responsible for driving applications business growth in the region for Oracle’s applications across ERP, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management and Customer Relationship Management. As part of this role Rajan drives product positioning, new product introduction and regional requirements for application products.
Rajan has over 20 years’ experience in product development, product strategy, product management, marketing and sales across the Information Technology and pharmaceutical industries with leading companies such as Oracle, Siebel and GlaxoSmithKline.
Prior to taking on this role, Rajan was the Vice President industry CRM product management covering multiple industries such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, Public Sector, Consumer Packaged Goods, Life Sciences, Hospitality and Utilities.
Over the last 14 years at Siebel / Oracle, Rajan helped bring to market several innovative solutions such as SaaS industry CRM offerings, integrated analytics, and mobility solutions for a variety of industries.
Rajan is based in Boston, USA.
| | Loukas Deligiannakis Applications Sales Consulting Manager, Oracle CEE & CAT
Loukas Deligiannakis has been with Oracle’s Applications Sales Consulting team during the past 6 years. Loukas is currently leading Oracle’s Sales Consulting Application team in Central East Europe, Turkey & Central Asia.
Loukas holds a B.Sc. from U.M.I.S.T, Manchester, an M.Sc. from University of London and an MBA from the European Management School of Surrey and has spent more than 23 years working in IT with Software Applications.

With close to 30 years experience in the IT industry as a Software Developer, IT Manager and Pre-sales consultant prior to moving into Sales, where, for 23 years he has held various Sales Leadership and General Management roles working with Large Global Corporate customers. Paul is well known for his strong strategic thinking approach coupled with an execution focus to win in the market and deliver Quantifiable Business Value to many clients.

Frank Zervos is the Sales Consulting Director managing the Technology Customer Advisors team for South Central Europe, and the Bid Management Competency Center for Oracle CEE. He has over 20 years experience in Oracle Technology and holds a BSc in Mathematics with specialization in Applied Mathematics and Information Technology.
He has managed several sales consulting teams in Greece and South Eastern Europe over the last decade with the aim to propose technology solutions to customers across all industries that meet their business needs and generate business value.

George has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and various industries such as Banking, Public Sector, Telcos and Retail both in the UK and Greece. Over the last 13 years at Oracle he has been working as a Technology consultant in various projects, and his involvement with Sales Consulting has lead him to his current role as an Enterprise Architect for EMEA.
Before joining Oracle, George held a development position in PCS SA for more than 4 years, working for the NHS in the UK as a senior developer for more than 4 years and has also worked as a consultant for KPMG in the UK.
He is married with two children with whom he likes spending much of his limited free time.

James leads the Core Middleware Product Development team in EMEA with a special focus on Cloud, Mobile, Integration and BPM. As part of Oracle's Engineering team, he is responsible for driving strategy and adoption, as well as implementation of product and market positioning of Oracle Fusion Middleware within the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. James joined Oracle in 2008 as part of the BEA acquisition bringing significant development and architectural experience with all the middleware components.

Jon Tutcher is Core Technology Director for Oracle’s Database business within the EMEA region.
With more than 25 years experience in the industry, Jon has been an evangelist for the innovations and technologies that have turned IT into the key enabler of growth for business. Before joining Oracle, Jon worked for 14 years at Sun Microsystems as UK Marketing Director and in other senior EMEA and global roles, and before that at IBM.

Filippos Boufis is a Principal Sales Consultant in the Oracle GCMM region (Greece, Cyprus, Malta, FYRoM, Albania & Kosovo). In his role, he is responsible for driving Oracle's Systems & Engineered Systems through technical excellence resulting in customer business value. He is a certified Oracle Enterprise Architect with 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He joined Oracle in 2010 through the acquisition of Sun Microsystems where he held a Solution Architect role for the GRBA region (Greece, Cyprus, Balkans & Adriatic) since 2006. Prior to that, he held various positions in presales, professional services & support at Ideal Systems S.A. & General Electric Capital ITS. He holds a BSc degree in Information Technology.

John Himariotis is a Principal Sales Consultant covering the Oracle Systems portfolio including Servers, Storage, Networking, Systems Software and Engineered Systems for the GCMM cluster of countries (Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Albania, FYROM, Kosovo).
With 17+ years in the IT/Telecoms industry, he is focused on delivering consistent, scalable and highly available solution architectures for the Data Center yielding the highest business value.
He joined Oracle in 2010 via the Sun Microsystems acquisition. In Sun he held various pre- and post-sales engineering positions. Before that he was an IN Support Engineer in Vodafone-Panafon and an Engineer in Alpha Copy SA and Ericsson Hellas.
| | Özgür Yigit Data Integration Systems (DIS) Senior Manager, CEE, CIS, CA & Turkey
Before Oracle Data Integration team, Özgür worked several years as a consultant in different companies such as Ernst & Young, Accenture, Experteam Consulting. Having an engineering background, he had several technical consultancy positions on technologies such as J2EE, .NET, PL/SQL etc. Later in his consultancy career, her worked on BI and DWH projects and became familiar with BI / DWH concepts. His latest assignment before Oracle, for a short period of time, was to sell business analytics solutions for IBM.

Barry O'Reilly is Director of BPM at Oracle EMEA. His role involves business development and go to market approaches for Oracle’s BPM in the region. As joint author of Oracle's BPM Method and the BPM solution framework he manages programmes to drive the value of BPM with Oracle's BPM customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa. His role involves creating Oracle’s messages around BPM in EMEA, internally and externally influencing the adoption of BPM and creating and articulating propositions around BPM in conjunction with Fusion Middleware and Oracle applications.
