Hans Olav Hamran is the Vice President of the Tech Sales Business Unit & Cluster Leader Oracle Nordics. Hans Olav joined Oracle Norway in 1992 as an applications consultant and project manager. Since then he has held many different roles, such as Finance Director in 1996, Applications Sales Director in 1999, before being appointed Country Leader for Norway in 2003. Hans Olav held the country leader role until 2006, where he was then appointed Vice President of the Tech Sales Business Unit in the Nordics. In 2009, in addition to his VP role, he assumed the Cluster Leader role in the Nordics.
Hans Olav has a Masters of Business and Marketing from the Norwegian Business School (BI).

 | Michael Connaughton Director Big Data, EMEA, Oracle
Mike Connaughton is Director for Oracle’s Big Data business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. His focus is on business development and helping drive competitive advantage for Customers, Partners and Oracle. Before moving to Big Data he was the Lead for Business Process Management and prior to that he was a Director for Oracle’s Security business in EMEA. He has seventeen years experience working in the IT industry.
Prior to joining Oracle, Mike was the EMEA General Manager at Sun Microsystems responsible for Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions. Mike has also worked for EDS, Computacenter and Fujitsu Services.
He is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University where he was awarded a 1st Class Honours degree in Technology Management.

Jake Howard serves as Senior Principal for the Oracle on Oracle strategic
initiative within Oracle’s Global Hardware Systems Business Group. In this role, he is responsible for driving sales and enablement campaigns to help
our customers to realize the benefits of running Oracle Applications on Oracle Hardware. Known for being a customer advocate, Howard has more than 25 years
of sales, marketing, strategic business development and general management experience in the technology industry.
He joined Oracle from the startup Joyent, where he was country manager UK. Before he joined Joyent, Howard has been customer services advocate for HSBC, R&SA and Accenture for EMC, NetApp and Cable&Wireless. He spent 10 years at Sun Microsystems during the extra-ordinarly 1990’s, partnering with Global Systems Integrators to developed and implement some of the foundation .dot capabilities that we are familiar with today. Prior to Sun, Howard was with the Nissan Motor Company, developing and then implementing their Factory to Customer vehicle distribution system in Australia. Howard is a graduate of the Royal Australian Naval Academy and Sydney University.
