Proactive, Forward-Looking Decision Support: Integrated Business Planning in the Cloud
The goal of this presentation is to educate how organizations have implemented Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service to support financial planning processes, as well as how the application has been easily leveraged for needs outside of finance. Case studies, including lessons learned, will be presented featuring 10 organizations. Attendees will learn how these organizations are utilizing PBCS for Sales Forecasting down to the SKU and Customer Level, Operational Expense and Detailed Workforce Planning, Event Planning, Daily Forecasting, and monthly Financial Reporting. They will also learn how these organizations integrated PBCS with other systems, including Hyperion Financial Management and Fusion Financials. Furthermore, this session will review how organizations can migrate their on-premise environment to the Cloud, including specifics by Planning version.
