Roel Seijkens
Mr. Roel Seijkens joined Oracle in 1999 upon completion of his Masters in Corporate & Economic Law and having worked for several years in Banking & Insurance. After a successful start in sales he quickly progressed to a Sales Management position for Oracle Direct Benelux and African Operations.
In 2003 Mr. Seijkens moved to Prague to build and lead the “Oracle Direct” telesales organizations to support the newly established EE&CIS region. There he successfully implemented and drove adoption of the combined field-telesales model. From 2008 until mid 2012 Mr. Seijkens led the FMW business in Central Eastern Europe.
Since June 2012 Mr. Seijkens is leading the Business Development team for ECEMEA in his role as
Senior Director Technology ECEMEA
. In this role he works closely with Oracle’s senior regional management, Sales- and Sales Consulting management and the EMEA/HQ organizations to ensure we bring the latest Oracle Technology and PaaS offers to market in the best possible manner. Besides that Mr. Seijkens is also leading special programs like “Digital Transformation” with top-accounts in the ECEMEA Region.
Profile of Avinash Ramtohul (MBA, MSc, BSc, CMgr MCMI, CITP)
Avinash Ramtohul has 19 years working experience in the IT industry in Africa including 10 years with Oracle in Middle East and Africa. He is presently the Country Leader for Oracle in Mauritius and Director for Technology Consulting in Sub-Saharan Africa leading teams based in Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, Ivory Coast and South Africa.
Mr. Ramtohul holds an MBA, MSc and BSc from University of Mauritius, University of Bristol, UK and University of Pune, India, respectively. Further, he has concluded his Doctoral report in E-Government. Mr. Ramtohul is Chartered Manager (Chartered Management Institute, UK ) and Chartered IT Professional (Chartered Institute for IT) and a part-time faculty member of Open University, Mauritius.
Mr. Ramtohul has various academic publications and has presented several research papers in International Conferences, covering e-security, e-learning and Leadership/Change Management. He has also published his work related e-Government in International Journals.
Joseph Yaw Asumang
Joseph Asumang is a graduate of University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology and the Cranfield School of Management in the UK. He started his Oracle career with Oracle Consulting in the UK before moving to Africa Operations in 2001. Prior to that he worked as a Business Solutions Consultant with Safeway Plc – a leading retail chain in the UK. He is currently the Country Manager for Oracle Ghana, overseeing operations across multiple lines of business with a responsibility towards business growth.
He has played a key role in the development of Oracle’s business across Africa where he has specifically been responsible for the development and nurturing of the Applications Sales Consulting team within Sub-Saharan Africa. Besides his country leadership role he is also responsible for providing leadership for the planning and execution of ERP field engagements throughout East and West Africa. His in-depth solutions knowledge and extensive field expertise of close to twenty years in the industry makes him makes him an invaluable contributor to today’s discourse on current trends.
Karim Mokhnachi
Vice President ECEMEA Oracle Marketing
Karim Mokhnachi has had over 20 years experience within the IT Industry. He joined Oracle in 2004 and has been responsible the formulation and overall execution of the marketing plan for the entire Oracle Stack including Technology, Middleware and Applications in East & Central Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Karim has worked hand in hand with Sales at multiple levels in order to formulate and deliver strong demand generation activities, with a proven ROI record. He is often approached for public and market opinions by the press and analysts. Part of Karim’s extensive portfolio is managing an international marketing team spread cross-continentally, and ensuring that they deliver against highly measurable KPIs.
In the past Karim has gained experience working for a range of multi-national companies including Microsoft and SAP, prior to founding his own marketing agency.
Karim obtained a degree in Electronic Engineering in INSA- France. He is an ardent soccer fan and plays whenever he can, in addition to running 15 miles a week.
Temi Majekodunmi
Principal Pre-sales Consultant (HCM)
Temi is an experienced Oracle HCM solutions specialist. She is a Principal HCM consultant based out of Lagos; a role that allows her to act as a trusted adviser to clients and provide technical expertise on Human Resources solutions.
