Xavier Verhaeghe is Vice-President Technology Solutions Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), at Oracle, responsible for developing business strategies and driving growth in the region for different product pillars including Oracle’s Cloud and On-Premise solutions in the areas of Database, Big Data, Security and Enterprise Management.
Xavier has been with Oracle since 1999 in a variety of roles. He has held local and international executive positions in technology and applications business units and has had the possibility to build a broad experience in different domains like business applications, Big Data, Data Management Technology, Business Intelligence, Middleware, Security and most recently as Vice-President for Engineered Systems.
He was also the Managing Director for Oracle Belgium and Luxembourg for 9 years.
He joined Oracle from Accenture where he worked for six years.

Bill Nesheim is currently Vice President of Solaris Platform Engineering in Oracle's Hardware Systems group, where he is responsible for the design and development of the system software foundations for our latest systems including those based on the new SPARC M7 chip. Bill joined Oracle as part of the Sun acquisition in 2010, and has built his career on engineering hardware and software to work together. Over his 16 years at Sun Bill held a variety of systems software technical leadership positions within Sun's Solaris and Systems organizations, working across microelectronics, software and systems hardware to deliver key system software components for new platforms.
Before joining Sun Bill designed and developed systems software at massively parallel supercomputer manufacturer Thinking Machines Corporation. A graduate of Cornell University, Bill holds several patents in the area of cluster interconnect technology, system software support for non-uniform memory architecture platforms, massively parallel systems and high performance I/O. Bill is based at Oracle's New England Development Center near Boston MA.

Regis Louis is the Vice President of Product Management for Oracle Middleware Cloud Platform in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Part of the product development organization, he leads the product management team responsible for driving strategy and adoption of Oracle Middleware and Platform as a Service. He is the representative and conduit to Oracle engineering for the EMEA region and ecosystem. His responsibility spans multiple product and solution areas covered by the Oracle's middleware portfolio including Mobility, Cloud Computing, Integration, Digital Experience, Security, Internet of Things and related emerging technologies.
Regis Louis joined Oracle in 1994 and has held multiple positions as an architect in the field and in product development, both in France and in the United States at Oracle Headquarters. Regis holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration and a master's degree in computer science.
