Luis Burdiel-Agudo President Economic Development Bank for Puerto Rico and Executive Director Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority
Biography:
Mr. Burdiel Agudo obtained a Master of Business Administration in Management and a Master in International Relations, both from Boston University.
Durng his carreer, Mr. Burdiel Agudo has held various executive positions, focusing on restructuring, mergers, corporate strategy and business development, in Puerto Rico and in the international arena, in private corporations and in the government.
President of the Economic Development Bank for Puerto Rico (EDB) and Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority (PRHFA), worked with the PRHFA as Director of the Area of Secondary Market, Underwriting, Mortgage Insurance and Subsidies. From 2009 to early 2012, he worked in the same institutions as Assistand Executive Director in the areas of Single Family, Administration and Finance. In mid-2012, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico (GDB) and Executive Director of the PRHFA.
He was a key piece to the Plan for Puerto Rico of Dr.Ricardo Rosello-Nevares, now Governor of Puerto Rico, who appointed him President of the Economic Development Bank for Puerto Rico.

Biography:
Bill Crothers is a Director of Greensill Capital and Head of Global Sales for the organization. Prior to working at Greensill, Bill was a senior civil servant for eight years, most recently as the UK Government’s Chief Commercial Officer managing £40bn of government spend and driving over £5bn of savings. He previously founded and chaired the UK Government’s Crown Commercial Service and was its first executive Chairman. Bill spent 25 years in the private sector before this, with 21 of those in Accenture where he was a Senior Executive and sat on the UK Board. He holds a degree from the University of Manchester, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), a Chartered Fellow of British Computer Society, and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Procurement. Born in the Republic of Moldova and currently working in the Danish hub of SGRE. Educated in Denmark with a degree in Global Business Engineering and Australia in Mechanical Engineering. IT Implementation Manager and Project Manager working for Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy for the past 7 years, part of both the Information Technology and Offshore Business Units liaising between the comprehensive business demands and the complex IT projects implementing these. Biggest focus and responsibility areas lie within the continuous improvement of the combined process-system landscape, creating value in both product and services for our customers. With over 20 years experience in both the construction and technology sectors, Kim has helped clients harness innovation and deliver real benefits from the delivery of their capital programmes and operational use of the asset. He has worked in both the public and private sector, delivering projects and programmes in six continents and plays a key part in disrupting the construction sector through his role at Turner & Townsend. Senior BIM Innovator, TNO Collaborative design and engineering: myths, best practices and future Biography:
Léon is leading BIM innovation initiatives at the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research TNO. His main research topic is collaboration in the AEC industry. Léon is the founder of the open source BIM collective and BIMserver.org. Recent works are on the fields of cloud-BIM technology with “BIM Bots” and several EU supported BIM R&D projects. Léon leads the “BIM Supporters” organization on its mission to improve the quality of BIM usage worldwide, by using tools like the BIM execution plan generator, the BIM Quickscan® and the e-Courses program BIM Secrets. Senior Vice President and General Manager, Oracle Construction and Engineering Biography:
Mike Sicilia is senior vice president and general manager of Oracle Construction and Engineering, which focuses on enterprise project portfolio management solutions for project-intensive industries.
Prior to coming to Oracle, Sicilia worked at Primavera, joining the development department in 1993, where he worked as a programmer on the company’s flagship products. In 2000 he was promoted to director of technical services in the professional services organization.
Working with enterprise customers, Sicilia led a team that helped to design and develop comprehensive integrations between various corporate systems and Primavera products.
After gaining firsthand knowledge of enterprise customer implementations, Sicilia became the director of technology in 2006 and shortly after was named Primavera’s chief technology officer. As CTO, he set the technology direction for products and managed the global development team. He led the technical and product presentations and diligence team that worked through Oracle’s acquisition of Primavera in 2008. Sicilia joined Oracle as part of the Primavera acquisition, and was named senior vice president and general manager of Oracle Construction and Engineering in 2011.

Saurabh is a Major Projects director for Mott MacDonald, with 17+years of construction and design management experience in major public and private infrastructure projects in UK, Australia, and MESA. As a front-end delivery practitioner, he is passionate about increasing the role of project and programme management disciplines in disaster recovery. He has led and participated in delivery of many award-winning projects; including the Cumbria Infrastructure Recovery Programme, and specialises in developing fast response programme delivery teams. Director of Enterprise PMO at Group Digital Rail, Network Rail Turning data into intelligence to solve the sponsorship problem Biography:
Simon’s career started in manufacturing and product design until joining London Underground working on capital projects.
He became a professional planner in 2006 working on the Victoria Line Upgrade and after several promotions became Head of Planning at Transport for London, responsible for project planning across all transport modes. He was also responsible for the TfL planning apprenticeship.
Simon joined the £56 Billion High Speed Two programme in 2015 as Head of Programme Planning where he was responsible for planning and planning capability.

Alison has ten years’ experience in the rail industry working with Oracle Primavera. She started as a planner in Rolling Stock Engineering and is now the global process owner for planning within Bombardier Transportation as part of Global Project Management. She has worked closely with internal IS and external partners to integrate Primavera into the other company systems.
